Vacation Rental Description

Your very own, GULF-FRONT paradise, tastefully redecorated 
condominium, is just 5 miles west of Destin and 2 miles east of Ft. 
Walton Beach, on it's very own island, Okaloosa Island. The area is 
renowned for the Gulf of Mexico's emerald green waters and 
its "white" sand beaches. The Island is conveniently located close 
to Outlet shopping, dining, golf, the Gulfarium (see a dolphin 
show!), amusement and water parks, as well as every imaginable water 
sport the whole family can enjoy.

We just remodeled this great, two bedroom, two bath condo at the 
beautiful Island Echos... The complex where every unit is Gulf-
front. The master bedroom, pool (heated seasonally), and 
shuffleboard are also Gulf-front. There are barbecue grills, a beach 
volleyball net, and a lighted tennis court for you to use during 
your vacation. You will love this place, and you'll love our condo. 
Let me tell you a little about it... 
   
We now have two condos at Island Echos, and this one is conveniently 
located on the ground-floor. It's wonderful walking right out of 
your patio just a few steps to the pool or the beach. Plus, you can 
see the Gulf from the condo's balcony/patio area. The master bedroom 
is very spacious, and it accommodates four guests with a queen and a 
double bed. It is beautifully decorated with tropical decor. The 
guest room has a double and a twin bed, which will sleep three 
comfortably. Plus, you can also use the queen sleeper sofa for 
additional guests. This condo has all the extra touches to make your 
stay an enjoyable one.

This condo has been on the Abbotts rental plan as a "Platinum" 
rating, and now it looks even better. All this paradise comes fully 
equipped as a second home ... fully eqipped kitchen, two full baths, 
3 Cable TV's, 2 DVD's, 3 VCR's, and stereo.  You'll also find a 
selection of movies, games, and books for your enjoyment.  

The Island doesn't draw the large crowds and traffic of the 
neighboring areas, but you'll find great restaurants, mini-golf, 
water sports, the Gulfarium (see a Dolphin show!), and the Fishing 
Pier right on the Island. Destin is only 5 miles away where you will 
find fishing and dolphin watching charters, night spots, Outlet 
shopping and other popular vacation activities.

We have two condos at this complex both gulf-front, plus we also 
have on the Island:  a 2/2 1450 sq.ft Gulf-front at Surf Dweller, a 
2/2 gulf-view unit at El Matador, a 3/2 gulf-view at Emerald Isle. 
Then in Destin, we have a 3/3 at Silver Shells - St. Maarten 
building, and a 3/3 1920 Square Feet Gulf-front in Perdio Key.

2006 - a 2 bedroom/2 bath in Destin at Ariel Dunes, a one bedroom 
with bunk units at Splash, and Emerald Beach Resort in West Panama 
City Beach.
