Vacation Rental Description

This Useppa is beautifully firnished,  
offering  
a warm welcome to this luxury villa. 
 
The villa is beautifully decorated inside, with a contemporary  
relaxing feel.   
There are two master bedrooms with lavish en-suite bathrooms queen  
size beds and TV in each room, both  
having direct access to the pool area.  Bedroom 3 is double room,  
bedroom 4 is a twin room and the 5 room is a den with a pull out  
sofa bed and has access to the forth bathroom which is also the pool  
bathroom. 
With two lounge areas, one with a cable TV and DVD player, there  
is room to find peace and quiet.  The extended pool and pool deck,  
with ample poolside furniture allows you to make the most of the  
holiday sun, or you can just relax in the spa.  Pool area is south  
west facing, overlooking woodland.

Mid season  £750 per week 
High season £850 per week 
 
Flexible arrival and departure days, extra days calculated on a pro-
