equipment ,microwave,dishwasher.Ceiling fans in bedroom and living 
room.TV,DVD player

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer and Dryer in unit. Very active adult community with 6 heated 
pools,3 spas, 2 story clubhouse with huge ballroom on second floor, 4 
lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, suana, exercise rooms and a 
Marina.Events on a regular basis-bingo,music and dancing,Happy Hour 
etc.The grounds are well kept and the pools are immaculate.Very clean 
and organized condo with everything you would need

complex. This is a gated  55+ Community, centrally 
located 5 minutes from  the gorgeous beaches and white sands of 
St.Pete Beach, Treasure Island Beach or Sunset Beach.

shops,galleries and a library and Cinema.
Close to the famous Don Casear Hotel.Several minutes from John's Pass 
and Dolphin Watching.
Nearby attractions include Day Cruises,Gambling,Cruises, Deep Sea
