vacation rental description
Life's a Beach--You will love this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on A1A, with nothing to block your ocean view. The upstairs features a large open great room and kitchen all with island decor, opening onto large deck-complete with hottub, overlooking the Atlantic. Master bedroom and 2nd BR each have their own baths. The third bedroom is on the lower level. Outside, enjoy viewing the Atlantic from the large 2nd floor deck, with it's picnic table, hot tub and gas grill.
This vacation home is a licensed legal rental, which the city of Flagler Beach regulates.
My husband and I occupy the first floor one bedroom unit. We are in our fifties and we own the local coffee house, The BeachHouse Beanery, here in Flagler Beach (which can be found quite simply on the internet although we're not allowed to post a link here). We are quiet and pleasant and obviously can supply you with some great coffee! We have created the rental unit with its own entrance and there are no shared spaces. You park in the front and we park in the back. We understand privacy concerns and are respectful of that. We love for our visitors enjoy their vacation to its fullest. If you have any concerns or questions about the arrangements, please feel free to call me.
Flagler Beach is a charming beach town of the past, with restaurants, a pier, shops, surfing. Kids love it because it has just enough activity to have a great time, but not enough to be threatening. The beach will seem like your own private beach; you may be the only ones there
We do not accept pets, and smoking is only allowed outside.

activities and attractions in Flagler Beach Atlantic Coast North
Flagler Beach is a charming beach town out of the past, with many
restaurants, a pier, shops, surfing, world class golf, and fishing.
Kids love it because it has just enough activity to keep them
interested, but not enough to be threatening. Just ride a bike to
get pizza or an ice cream cone, or to rent a video. The beach itself
will seem like your own private beach, often you'll be the only ones
there. But if you prefer a little busier beach life, head up to the
pier, at the town center, where you'll find more beachgoers and
surfers.
If you want even more action, Daytona Beach is 15 miles south, with
beaches you can drive on, and great nightlife. A few miles further
south brings you to Cape Canaveral. This is an excellent day trip to
visit NASA.
Just 20 miles north of Flagler Beach is the historic city of St.
Augustine. Visit the old fort, the shops and restaurants in the old
historical town center, or the 200 stores of St. Augustine Outlet
Mall. Enjoy watching the surf from the home's front deck. This is a
perfect family vacation spot!
