The Villa

Come and enjoy our lovely 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa with its
spectacular views of the 5th green on the award winning championship
golf course of Southern Dunes.  

Relax and catch up on emails using our free WiFi high speed Broadband internet connection whilst watching the golf action outside the back door!  You can also listen to your IPod on our new IPod docking station.

We have our own south facing, un-overlooked private pool (heated if required). The pool is fully screened, with plenty of deck and sunloungers to catch a few rays and top up the tan.  

The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher,cooker, fridge/freezer ice maker and microwave,a large washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom, has a queen size (7ft) bed, TV and 
cable, with en-suite.
There are two further bedrooms, both with 2 single beds and a foldaway cot / pack n' play for our younger guests.

The villa is fully a/c.and there are ceiling fans to all main rooms.

The Area
You can take a stroll to the 24hr Walmart, or eat at one of the many
great restaurants, choose a dvd from Blockbuster or just browse around the many shops.

A bank is close by and some great bars - all are 5-10min walking distance from the (24 hour security) Gates of Southern Dunes.

Disney

Disney is just a 20min drive, as are most of the Major Theme Parks, The well renowned 'Old Town' is about 10mins away, with all of its bars and restaurants and some of the latest most thrilling rides.

A day at any of the beautiful beaches start with a journey of just about 1 hour.

International drive with all of its attractions and shopping malls is about 20mins away.

Southern Dunes boasts 4 communal swimming pools - one of which is directly opposite our villa as well as a gym, restaurant, Clubhouse, fishing/boating lake and a children's play park - and of course fantastic GOLF!

In fact - everything you need for your dream holiday - so come and enjoy!

The award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and Country Club is located on the Hwy 27, with easy access onto the I4.  

Orlando Airport is 30 mins drive, whilst Sanford is approximately 50mins and Tampa is 1 hour.

A library is just down the road, and the Hospital- if needed- is just 5 minutes away.

The wonderful Clubhouse on Southern Dunes is available for you to
use while you are our guests. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, while overlooking the scenic golf course.

Or you can just enjoy a few drinks at the bar, the prices in this
club for food/drink are no more expensive than any of the large
chain restaurants.

They also serve a great buffet Sunday breakfast.

Make use of the well equipped gym, basketball and tennis courts, fishing lake and childrens play area. There are 4 community pools - great for older kids to go and play some pool games and give the adults a bit of quiet time.

All this is included in your rental price.

And of course lets not forget the GOLF. Rated one of the top courses in the USA, Southern Dunes is a jewel not to be missed.

And our little gem of a villa is located right on the 5th Green!

Rates are per week for the Villa and exclude tax at 12% and exclude pool heat

2nd January to 26th February            US $500.00                       

27th February to 19th March             US $525.00                       

20th March to 9th April                      US $650.00                       

10th April to 4th June                       US $525.00                       

5th June to 3rd September                 US $600.00                        

4th September to 1st October             US $650.00                       

2nd October to 17th December           US $600.00                       

18th December to 1st January            US $695.00              

Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas may attract a surcharge.

US$200 secures your booking (your booking will be held for
maximum of 10 days, pending receipt of your deposit). A higher
deposit will be required for stays longer than 1 month.

All taxes are included. Pool heating, if requested, will be charged
at $25/day and will be payable on the final balance.

A $300 security deposit is payable on confirmation of your booking and will be refunded to you within 30 days of your departure, less any breakages / damages.
