"The Suite Apartment Above the Store" is the best value in Oceanside with 2 full bedrooms plus a den and summers rates at just $1200 per week. Only $800 for all other weeks. Spacious, private and cozy with secure and enclosed parking for two cars. Located just 3 1/2 blocks from the sand. It is a casual 6 minute walk to the beach or just a 2 minute bike ride. We supply the beach wagon and the bikes and bike trailers too!!  The spacious, clean and quiet upstairs penthouse apartment has private access, is fully remodeled and is beautifully furnished. It sits atop the famous Estate Sale Warehouse in South Oceanside located at 1719 S. Coast Hwy. It is just 3 blocks from beach access at Cassidy Street. It is
upstairs, central air-conditioned, and consists of 1200 square feet
that has recently been fully remodeled including all new flooring,
windows and coverings, bathrooms, cabinets, doors, moldings and
appliances.
There are 2 same size bedrooms which each feature:
-queen size bed (one in each room)
-built in cabinets for clothing
-standard size closet
In addition, the rental features:
-two bathrooms (one is a large combination bathroom-laundry room-
supply room which includes soaps and bath and beach towels)
-den with comfortable pull out queen sofa bed
-family room
-dining room
-central air conditioning and heating
-a flexible room than measures 12 by 13 feet that can be used as a
bedroom with an electric blow
up "Areo-Bed" (queen or 2 twins provided by us) or can be used as a
play room. This
is the entry room and it is decorated with a "tiki-style" ceiling.

-one very large single car enclosed garage with electric roll up door
PLUS a gated car port area that is gated but not covered.
- a fully stocked garage with beach toys, coolers, boogie boards, surfboards,
adult bikes,  child bikes, a tandem bicycle built for
two, and two bike trailers for the little ones or beach toys. All are free of charge and for your use while staying with us.
-long narrow patio deck off the kitchen that has a gas barbecue.
-gated parking area that is secure for your pet if needed.

Televisions is three different rooms
Both VCR and DVD players
A nice supply of VCR movies (children's and popular PG-R ratings)
Fully stocked kitchen supplies and dinner ware
Sheets and towels are supplied, both beach and bath
Ample supply of paper plates and plastic forks (please note there is
no dishwasher)
Great supply of novels for your beach time and popular games.
More to know:
Tastefully decorated in a red white and blue nautical theme located
just 3 blocks from the beach. A short walk or bike ride (bikes
provided). There is no major street to cross when walking to the
beach.
The get to the beach go 1/2 block south to Cassidy St., turn west and
go 2 1/2 blocks to the sand. Please email us and we can send your
a "Google Earth"
file that gives you a great perspective on where we are located.
If you do not already have it, you will first have to
download "Google Earth". 
The suite apartment has secure alley access.
Most of the windows have blue sky with palm tree views or
roof tops unless you are looking down from the windows edge, then you
have an  alley view.

Sleeps 6 comfortably (2 queen beds and one queen sofa bed in it's own room) and can fit eight with the electric blow-
up "Euro-Bed" queen or two twin "Euro-Beds" we supply. Reservation / Security Deposit is $500.00 and payable by Check
or Paypal

We will consider pets but they must be pre-approved. Please call for
details.

Reservation fee is due when reservation is made. It is non-refundable
for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to reserved time.
Rental fee is due prior to occupancy. Payable in the
form of cash, Cashier's check, or Money Order.
Reservation fee is converted to a security deposit once occupancy
takes place.
