stores, bike rentals, and many other amenities nearby.
* Studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, full bathroom, and
two full size Murphy beds that sleep up to four. All utilities
included in price.
* Heated pool, jacuzzi, gym and laundry room in premises.
* No Pets allowed

* $250.00 security deposit required

* Deposit of $200 with reservation will be required. Returned checks
will automatically cancel the reservation.

* Cancellations received with less than 7 days prior to arrival date
will automatically loose the deposit fee.

* Monthly and long term rentals available.

* Still plenty of dates available to rent !!!

* Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed and
executed. Manner of payment accepted: Cash or Checks - Returned checks
will have a $25.00 fee.
