vacation rental description
Ranch style cottage, completely winterized, at the lake level with
no steps, drive to the cottage on paved road, well maintained by the
town. On the west side of Cayuga Lake with spectatular sunrises;
midway up the lake, 18 miles N of Ithaca. Very clean with 4
bedrooms, 1 with a queen sized bed, 2 have double beds and 1 has 2
single beds. Maximum 8 persons.
Large well equiped new kitchen , big dining room overlooking the lake, large stone
fireplace in living room, nice yards, porch with chairs and gas
grill, historic gazebo with 2 swings, as well as a large dock with a
nice beach for swimming.
Quiet residential neighborhood - no large
gatherings permitted.

Kitchen completely updated - see pictures, with all large appliances, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and many small appliances, ie coffee maker, blender, etc. Large dining room table, seats at least 8 and overlooks Cayuga Lake.
Washer/dryer on premises, large screen HDTV with satellite, dvd/vcr player, cd player with stereo, and gas grill, patio furniture.
There is a large dock with mooring whips to tie up a boat.
The shore is gradual for excellent swimming.
Owner furshishes linens and towels, you bring your clothes!
Wi-Fi available and free.
activities and attractions in Cayuga Lake Finger Lakes
Located in the heart of the Cayuga Wine Trail, the nearest (Lucas Vineyards) 1 mile
away, and 15 minutes from the Senaca Wine Trail. Two great golf
courses 10 minutes away. Many activities in Ithaca associated with Cornell
and Ithaca College, Hangar Theater and other theaters, close to many
state parks with beautiful gorges, Taughannock State Park is only 7 miles away, hiking trails, nature centers near by.
National Forest is 20 minutes away. Lake is perfect for all water
activities. Start here for your fall foliage tours. In the winter,
downhill ski center 1 hour away, many cross country ski trails
nearby. Shopping at Prime Outlets 30 minutes away, many antique and
craft stores in the immediate area. Several great restaurants
nearby or in Ithaca.

$750 per week November to May 31, $550 weekends, excluding Ithaca College and Cornell University graduation weekends.
$750 per 3 night weekend in June,September and October.
$1000 per week June, September and October.
$1400 per week July and August, full weeks only, Friday to Friday.
$1500 per week including 4th of July and Labor Day weekend.
Available for Ithaca College Graduation 2013. Please contact us for rates.
50% deposit holds reservation, remainder due 1 week before arrival.
$200 refundable security deposit due with deposit for first
time visitors. Deposit refunded upon cancellation only if we are
able to rent to another family.
Please check calendar for availability. It is very nice on Cayuga Lake in Fall especially, and for the rest of off season.
