Vacation Rental Description

This condo unit is a luxury two bedroom/two bath - main floor condo 
in a brand new building on the most beautiful part of the beach in 
Guayabitos.  The livingroom and terrace have an ocean view.  The 
master features a kingsize bed with large closet.  The second 
bedroom also has large closet and features two single beds which can 
be converted to a kingsize. Each bathroom features a large walk-in 
tiled shower. This air-conditioned unit also has Canadian Satellite 
Star Choice TV.  The kitchen is very well equipped with 
microwave,washer-dryer, gas range, and full size refrigerator. 
Secure ground-floor parking is available.

Enjoy breakfast or candle light evenings from a private patio 
accessed through sliding glass doors from the living area. This 15 
unit condo complex has a garden area with an infinity pool, gas BBQ, 
pool furniture - a wonderful place to read and relax!

The town of Guayabitos is a quiet beach resort town 3/4hr north of 
Puerto Vallarta airport.  It is popular paradise spot for Mexicans, 
Canadians and American.  Street vendors sell fresh seafood, 
bread,and vegetables. There is an abundance of restaurants within 
walking distance.  Grocery stores, liquor stores, internet 
cafes,beach toys and clothing stores also abound.

$1000 USD/WEEK (Winter)
$700 USD/WEEK (Summer)
Nightly Winter Rate $150 USD (Set up fee will apply)
Nightly Summer Rate $125 USD (Set up fee will apply)

50% Deposit is due upon booking with balance payable 60 days prior 
to arrival. Your deposit is non-refundable.
