Vacation Rental Description

Winter has finally left the Door County Peninsula and with the arrival of spring, the flowers are 
starting to bud.  Early spring in Door County provides visitors with a peaceful, uncrowded 
atmosphere far away from the noise and chaotic activity of the waterpark resorts.  Hiking and biking 
on the trails in Peninsula State Park provide great outdoor opportunities.  Golf courses will also 
be opening soon and the Door Peninsula has several excellent courses to play on.  Shops in all of 
the Door County communities remain open during the early spring season and offer great sales.  The 
Door Co.  Peninsula shops offer a wide selection of very high quality and unique items including art 
work for yur home or office, hand crafted jewelry, textiles, clothing and much more.  

Door Co. also offers a wide variety of restaurants that appeal to all tastes and budgets regardless 
if you are looking for inexpensive family or premier gourmet dining opportunities.  You can 
eat out, take out or cook in using the fully-equipped condo kitchen in addition to the outdoor 
grills on our property.      

Our two bedroom Door Co. condo offers a wonderful view of the bay and the Door Co. Peninsula.  You 
can relax and drink your morning coffee, tea or hot chocolate in the living room of our condo or in 
front of the fireplace in the nearby guest lounge. We are located within walking distance into Egg 
Harbor, but off the main highway, so your Landmark "home away from home" is peaceful and relaxing, 
as compared to other properties on the peninsula.    
 
The Landmark Resort is located on 40 wooded acres high on a bluff, with a "million dollar" panoramic 
view of the bay.  Oue resort property is also located close to golf courses, state and county parks 
where visitors can fish, hike or bike.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo is in immaculate condition, recently refurbished with a fully-equipped kitchen, linens 
and bedding, TV's with DVD & VCR capability, ourdoor gas grills and free wireless DSL internet 
service.  The full-service resort is smoke-free and does not allow pets, but kennels are available 
in nearby Egg Harbor.  

The Landmark property offers a  pub and grill. Guests can use the newly upgraded heated indoor pool, 
sauna and hot tub located in the main lodge/recreation area in addition to hot tubs and saunas in 
the ground level of each condobuilding.   

Activities and Attractions

Door Co. offers activites for all ages and interests all year round.  Spring golf on the Door 
Peninsula is very appealing.  During the spring months, many art and cultural events continue to be 
held and many establishments offer live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. You can be on the go 
all day enjoying all Door Co. has to offer or just sit back and relax at the resort with all the 
amenities this porperty provides for our guests.

This two-bedroom condo can be rented by the night, weekend, week or month. Rent through this owner 
to receive the following Guest-of-Owner rates:
