overlooking the Ripley Light Marina on the Historic Ashley River in Charleston is sure to please  
everyone.  
Bring your boat or you can rent a boat from the marina—you have a private boat slip at the Ripley  
Light Marina assigned to this Town Home right beside California Dreaming. Bring your boat or rent a  
boat. 
Anytime of the year is a good time to visit the beautiful Charleston area. There is plenty to do all  
year round.  Why stay in a motel room and spend more than this whole Town House with three bedrooms  
and a sleeper sofa, sleeps eight, at the Ripley Light Marina on the Historic Ashley River in  
Charleston? 
 
You won't be disappointed when you choose this Marina Town home for your Charleston trip. This is a  
well appointed home in a quiet marina setting. If you want convenience to everything Charleston  
offers you can’t do better than this beautiful marina town home. This home offers the perfect  
combination of privacy, in a quiet setting, and easy access to our beautiful historic city. It's  
comfortable and fully furnished for complete enjoyment of nearby beaches and historic Charleston.  
You are in Charleston and 20 minutes from the beaches of Sullivan's Island and Isle Of Palms.  You  
are also about 20 minutes to Folly Beach and 25 minutes to John’s island, Kiawah Island and  
Seabrook. To see everything the Charleston area offers this location is perfect.  Close to shopping  
and downtown sightseeing, The Battery, Harbor Tours, Fort Sumter Tours and all the great Charleston  
restaurants. A two minute walk from the marina town home and you are at California Dreaming on the  
Ashley River, one of the best waterfront dining experience in Charleston. 
 
Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Charleston Harbor, walk over the spectacular new Cooper River  
Bridge.

Spring rates 3-21 to 5/30 1450/wk $290/nt 4 night minimum 
Summer rate 5/31 thru 9/30 $1550/week.  weekly Only Sat. to Sat. 
Holidays Christmas, New Year's, 4th July $1850/wk  $370/nt 4 night min. 
Weekly Saturday ck-in 4:00 PM Ck-out Saturday.10:00 AM 
Housekeeping chg $135.00 on all less than one week rentals 
All rates do not include 12.50% taxes 
No rentals to individuals under age of 26
