What can we say??? The house is amazing!!! If I had the time I could go on and on and on about everything wonderful about Casa Frajari, but I'm sure you've heard it all before! Candy and Amelia prepared everything perfectly for us plus we were blessed to get to know them. The home's floor plan, spaciousness, openness, views, furnishings, warmth, etc., etc. would be hard to match! The beach was great! Would have been nice for the pool to have been warmer, but imagine it’s temp was attributed to the unusually cool weather for this time of year. The only thing I would add to this property is a hot tub, but it's likely that it would not get much use when the weather is "normal." Plus it might affect the aesthetics of this beautiful home if not well staged.
Annie was EXCELLENT with our little girls! We'd use her services more if we come again. Mayte's very efficient and it was nice to get to have some time to just visit with her on our last full day. We enjoyed, as well, Veronica and Giovanni. Those two would have taken baby Lauren home with them, given the opportunity!

We had an awesome week at Casa Frajari! So relaxing! Didn't do excessive running about or sightseeing. Had a number of folks stop by and visit with us. We'd love to come again and will if it works out for everyone and God is willing...

The Stepan's in Playa

My wife and I were married in Playa Del Carmen on 2.16.02 and we have been coming to PDC for the past 10 years. We know and love the town extremely well. Casa Frajari is truly the best house available to rent in the area. The physical layout is outstanding and was often commented on daily. We vacationed with (4) couples and (3) infants and the accommodations could not have been better! The unique size and layout of the house provided multiple areas for recreation. Not once did we feel crowded or "on top of each other". Kim Philips and Mayte Moguel could not have provided our group with better services. We utilized every one offered (transportation, cooks, sitters, masseuse, and daily maids). Their service was top-notch and we could not have been cared for better. To Kim, Mayte, Veronica and everyone involved with Casa Frajari....We had the most amazing week ever! The house is beyond beautiful. Every morning we woke up to sunshine and the spectacular ocean and views. Cande and Mieka cooked us a couple fabulous dinners and Veronica took care of "our" house and made us the best lobster lunch ever! We WILL be back to this incredible place and the wonderful people who took such good care of us!! Thank you to all and a special thank you to Kim and Mayte!! Susan and Jack, Jon, Christine, Andrew, Anna, Brent and Teddy. :-)
