At the rear of the properties the south facing 38'x16' and 30'x15' 
heated pools with their extra large spas enjoy the sun all day. 
Surrounding the pools is a massive deck area equipped with a gas 
barbecue grill, a covered lanai, and plenty of lounge chairs. The

areas also have a table and chairs for outdoor dining. 
 
With the eight bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms these homes are 
perfect for four or more families. The four twin bedrooms are 
decorated and themed especially for kids, and all of the bedrooms are

These villas are licensed for rental by the Florida Division of  
Hotels

villas are in full compliance with state safety standards. These

A local management company is on call in case you encounter any 
problems with your stay, and the homes are maintained on a regular 
basis with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services.
