Cable package was upgraded with premium channels to take advantage of the HDTV's.

There is a 46-inch HDTV and DVD player along with stereo in the living area. Everything you need for the perfect, cozy getaway! There are two master bedrooms each with its own bath, own HDTV's  and queen beds. The kids will enjoy the bunk beds and a queen size roll out sofa in the living area provides sleeping for up to eight people.

Enjoy the resort community of Gulf Place with boutique shopping and restaurants. The development also includes three swimming pools, two tennis courts, walking trails and an amphitheater for family activities including free concerts every Sunday evening. For family fun, there's a 15-mile bike path just out your door. There's plenty to keep you busy in Santa Rosa Beach with some of the best five star restaurants in the world. Family restaurants are also numerous. Our favorite family restaurants are The Red Bar in Grayton Beach and Stinlky's Fish Camp just one mile west of the condo. If you want to venture out to the Destin area, you'll have a short 10 or 15 minute drive just 10 miles to the west of Gulf Place. The communities of Grayton Beach and Seaside are just five miles to the east.
