Vacation Rental Description

One bedroom, one bath condo is located on the fifth floor of the  
prestigious Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club II. Incredible views of  
gorgeous Sunsets and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Unit is fully  
furnished with all the amenities needed for a blissful, peaceful  
oceanside vacation. The fully furnished master bedroom contains a  
queen sized bed with access to a relaxing, ocean-view balcony. The  
full sized pull-out couch offers additional sleeping accommodations  
in the living room. TV and DVD player in living room. TV in Master  
Bedroom. Large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is accessible  
from both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped.  
The property has a security gate occupied 24 hours a day. Air  
conditioned and loads of convenient, close parking.

$95 cleaning fee.

$200 deposit required at time of booking. 
Cancellations:  Full refund if cancelled with 60 days of visit.   
Rates negotiable for longer terms.
