Completely renovated quaint lagoon front home located just minutes
away from Seaside Heights is just waiting for your enjoyment
Everything is clean and new here. Located in a desireable
residential neighborhood in Toms River just minutes away from open
bay via boat or less than a ten minute ride to the beach and
boards,close to restaurants, malls, waterparks, nightclubs and
family entertainment. The house features a large soft pebble yard
complete with everything needed for fishing and crabbing. An outdoor shower and changing room is an added feature to our home this year. We are at
the end of the lagoon so swimming off the dock is safe from passing
boaters and jetskiers. Don't forget to bring your boat. If you do not have a boat, we provide kayaks and paddleboats for your enjoyment.

This adorable lagoon front home includes 3 comfortable size bedrooms
with 1 bath. There's a washer and dryer for your convenience and all
the amenenties you have come to expect. Bedrooms include full size
beds with very comfortable bedding. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk with
full size futon below. There are 2 TVs dvd stereo vcr portable
stereo and plenty of tapes and books and boardgames to help ensure
quality family time.
The kitchen has everything needed, from blending up a cold
summer drink to cooking the crabs you caught that day.
The bathroom features 2 divided rooms one with a shower and
toilet and the other with a large sink and mirror so it is more
practical to large families.
The outside shed has many games and toys for children and
adults alike. These include horseshoes, badmitten, volleyball, pails
and shovels, bowling, frisbees, waterguns sidewalk chalk and many
more. There are plenty of beachchairs and outdoor seating.  A childs pool with
slide, and giant tubes to float around the bay in are all there for your convenience.  A paddle boat big enough for 4 and a two person kayak are also there for your use.  A newly added outside shower and changing room is a pleasure for those after bay and beach days.  Nothiing is complete without a grill and fire pit .
