If you are looking for the perfect beach get-away, my condo may be just what you are looking for.
In this condo you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico when you awake, spend the day on the newly renourished beach right in front of the condo and then relax and enjoy the nighttime view of St. Pete Beach from my balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.   The beach renourishment program was completed 8/15/11.
If someone in the family is a sports fanatic they will also enjoy the 42" flat screen plasma television with HDTV.
My condo rents for a minimum of one week, Saturday to Saturday.
My dream beachfront third floor condo could be yours for your next vacation with all the comforts of home. This condo has been professionally painted. The living room, master bedroom and private balcony all provide breathtaking views. The balcony overlooking the beach and water is a perfect place to start your day watching the dolphins. The balcony has a table, four chairs, lounge chair and a towel drying rack for beach towels. 
I purchased this condo March 2006 and upgrade and redecorate continually. New tile and Karastan carpeting were added as well as a new king size bed. All new Whirlpool kitchen appliances were installed along with new kitchen dishes and cookware. This kitchen
is fully equipped with new full size appliances many small appliances and accessories. 
My condominium is my home away from home and is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts and personal touches of a well stocked home.
This unit is smoke-free and pets are not permitted in the building.
The unit will comfortably accommodate 4 guests amd therefore I do not rent to more than four guests per visit. 
The master bedroom is furnished with a new king size bed has a television/DVD, walk in closet, private bathroom and overlooks the beach as well as having a sliding door onto the balcony.
The guest bedroom is two twin beds and a walk in closet with a bathroom adjacent to the bedroom.
The new living room sectional sofa has a queen size pull out bed with an upgraded mattress, 42 inch Plasma Television with HDTV, and a DVD/VCR combination.
The dining room furniture and living room tables were all replaced in November 2007. New cordless cell phones with an answering machine are in the unit.
At my own expense I provide my guests in unit 306 with free local telephone service and recently free Wi-Fi Internet access was installed.
An exercise facility overlooks the pool and beach and is equipped with a television.
The building is referred to as "The Jewel of St. Pete Beach" and I have quickly learned why. You can soak up the sun while experiencing all that a beach vacation should offer. The building is on the northern curve of St. Pete beach providing a unique view of not onlythe beautiful Gulf of Mexico, but also the entire length of the sugar white sand on the 7 miles of St. Pete Beach. There are no other structures that separate you from the panoramic views and the sound of the surf.
The grounds are immaculately tended and beautifully landscaped and recently has the addition of a shuffleboard. We thought it was beautiful enough for our daughters wedding and reception.
Cribs and high chairs are available upon request at additional cost.

condo rental amenities

This condominium unit is located directly on St. Pete Beach within walking distance of shopping, numerous restaurants and with the beach renovation completed you can walk North to the beautiful beach garden that is run by volunteers.
Parking is available under the building and there is an elevator for the convenience of my guests.
One of the major advantages of this site is that you do not have to deal with the high traffic volume and noise on Gulf Blvd. At night, when you want to sleep with your windows open, you can listen to the waves, not the traffic.
Another advantage is there are only 33 units in the building so you do not have long delays waiting on the elevator or a crowded pool area.  It has a friendly atmosphere and an unforgettable setting for a vacation.
The condominium building has a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi that is a part of the pool with a large pool deck that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Between the pool and the beach is a large landscaped fenced area of tropical palm trees and tropical shrubbery that leads to another sun deck area with 2 grills, picnic table, lounge chairs and the shuffleboard court.
A large exercise room and party room overlooks the pool and beach. There is no excuse for getting out of your exercise routine.
Three separate laundry rooms are located in the building with new coin operated washers and dryers. An iron and ironing board are in the condo.
You will find two cordless telephones with an answering machine, and this condo includes free local telephone service. The building also has free WiFi service.
The balcony has access from both the living room and the master bedroom. The balcony makes a great place to start the day with your morning coffee and then end the day with a view of the spectacular skyline of the beach.
The condo is furnished with new comforters, blankets and mattress pads and new mattresses and box springs.
Bathroom and kitchen linens are provided.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all new Whirlpool appliances including a dishwasher, range, refrigerator/ice maker, and microwave. There is a new set of Farberware cookware, new dishes to serve 6, full set of glassware including wine glasses and eating utensils as well as steak knives, and a variety of new cooking and bakeware utensils. You will find an electric can opener, toaster, mixer, coffee maker, blenderand crock pot. The kitchen has a bar stool at the counter where you will find a broadbarnet connection.
The dining area has a new table, 6 chairs and is adjacent to the living room.
The unit also has central air conditioning/furnace, 42 " plasma
television cable/HDTV DVD in living room. In addition there is a cable TV in the Master Bedroom and a CD/DVD player.
Each of the two bathrooms is furnished with a hair dryer and a drying rod.
Beach chairs have been purchased for our guests to use along with beach toys, a cooler and an umbrella.
There is an office on-site to pick up your keys and address any questions or concerns you might have.
All you really need to pack is your swimsuit and suntan lotion.
Beach towels are available at no charge for your use from the on site office.

activities and attractions in St Pete Beach Gulf Coast Central

St. Petersburg Beach offers vacationers a wide variety of water sports, volleyball, restaurants, diverse entertainment, sightseeing, deep sea fishing, cruises, shopping as well as trolley car transportation up and down adjoining beaches. Along this beautiful beach you can choose a quiet place to sunbathe, and/or read, enjoy shelling, or bird, dolphin or people watching.
Next door to the building is a charming beach side outdoor cafe that offers breakfast and lunch and the famous Woody's Restaurant is within walking distance along with many other restaurants.
Nearby is the world famous Ft. Desoto Beach in the State Park that has been rated as one of the best beaches in the United States along with nature trails and paths for cycling or skating.
Within a short driving distance you have two major cities that between them boast of a major league baseball and an NFL football team. In addition there are several baseball spring training camps nearby.
This area has several fine museums and galleries, including several children's museums.
This condo is approximately 35 minutes from the Tampa International Airport, 25 minutes from the St. Petersburg Airport, 90 minutes from Disney World and Universal Studios and just 45 minutes from Busch Gardens. There are many local attractions within a short drive that include The Sunken Gardens in St. Petersburg

Departure cleaning and linen fee ($84.00) without use of sofa bed

A deposit of $200.00 for 2 weeks or less, or $400.00 for 3 weeks or
longer is required to confirm the reservation.
Full payment must be received 15 days prior to occupancy.

We have been vacationing in St. Pete Beach for 17 years, and have always stayed at TradeWinds, which was great - but very noisy and expensive. We were able to stay at this venue for a whole week for the cost of 3 nights at TradeWinds. I loved the fabulous balcony view of the beach, the privacy, and ability to be less dependent on eating out with the kitchen facilities. This is now our new favorite, and we will definitely return. This unit seemed the perfect level and placement and the owner makes personal contact as well as keeping her unit tastefully and comfortably furnished.

What a glorious two weeks! Your condo was truly a "home away from home." We wanted for nothing.
We enjoyed our early morning walks on the beach, the cool breezes on the balcony, the sounds of the waves at night and of course the magnifcent sunsets, availability to the beach and the view of the ociean.
We have been here on St. Pete Beach several times. Twice we rented a house which was heavenly, but no view of the ocean. Your condo gave us all the amenities of a house as well as breathtaking views of the ociean. Thank you so much

We had a wonderful time in this dfantastic condo. We had been here many times before (to St. Pete Beach) but never stqayed anywhere with this view!!! It was great to hear the waves and wind, and not the traffic on Gulf Blvd. We fell in love with the area all over again. 10 days was much too short. We mostly enjoyed doing nothing except reading, swimming and catching some rays. We'll be back.
