Fabulous Deep Water Waterfront,
Fish all day (world class fishing on the Little Manatee), canoe,
kayak,or lounge on the beach, enjoy a picnic at the Coral waters of
Eggmont Key or just sit in the sun on the dock with a good book. This is a fabulous home for the
kayakers. It is in a very safe neighborhood and An island is located just 3/4 mile off the beach for
day picnicing. Many boaters tie up here for the day and cook-out.
We are centrally located 22 minutes from downtown Tampa,35 minutes
from St Pete (20 min by boat), 45 minutes to Sarasota,30 minutes to
the outlet mall, and just over an hour to Disney.
We are in the midst of several golf courses and t-times can be pre-
arranged. Bring your Golf or fishing Party and we will make all the
arrangements.
