Large patio on the golf course with all furniture and new BBQ. Master bedroom/bath with King size bed, two bedrooms with queen size beds. Fully equipped kitchen with CD/AM/FM unit, DVD/VCR/TV in Living Room, cable TV - includes free HBO, and VCR in all 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, central air/heat, oversized water heater, two car garage. All the comforts of "home". Beautifully furnished with modern decor. Sunrise County Club is a private gate-guarded community located between Bob Hope Dr. and Country Club Dr. in Rancho Mirage.
