We have THREE luxury 3700 sq ft, private, exclusive townhouses 
located in the lower Deer Valley, Utah area. These properties 
comfortably sleep 10-12 guests and they offer many features to 
compliment your stay including breathtaking views of the ski runs 
and mountains, oversized rooms, designer furnishings and accessories 
throughout, and a private hot tub on the front deck. All of the 
townhouses feature 3 master bedroom suites with attached bedrooms

The world-renowned Deer Valley Ski Resort is just minutes away and 
the free shuttle bus picks you up from your door. This superb 
location is approximately a mile to downtown Park City and its 
excellent restaurants, bars, and unique shops. 

Here is a description of one of the properties: 

This townhouse has an open floor plan with wood vaulted ceilings and 
a gourmet kitchen with granite slab counters. This property has 
plenty of entertaining space with a family room, living room and 2nd 
family/game room with bar, pool table, sauna and steam room. There 
are 4 large bedrooms and 4 full adjoining bathrooms with the 
following extra amenities: 

• Family/game room area with regulation size pool table/bar area/gas 
fireplace
• Relax in the private sauna (steam and dry) off the lower level 
family room 
• Enjoy the private outdoor hot tub 
• Gourmet, fully equipped kitchen with slab granite counters and new 
appliances. Kitchen seating for 11 guests with a bar area that seats 
3 and adjoining dining area that seats 8.
• Upper level boasts 2 suites with spacious bath areas, walk-in 
closets and vaulted ceilings
• Jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms
• King bed in 1 bedroom (on the main level) and a queen bed in each 
of the other 2 bedrooms on the upper level - all with attached 
bathrooms
• 4th bedroom is off of the lower family/game room and has 2 bunk 
beds with doubles on the bottom and twins on the top – sleeps 6 
guests
• A Big Screen TV with surround sound in the Living Room with 2nd 
gas fireplace 
• Total of 4 TV’s with cable, DVD/VCR, Playstation, movies and 
stereo with CD player 
• 3 Decks and patio furnishings off of kitchen
• Private shuttle bus service picks you up from your doorstep and 
takes you to and from Deer Valley Ski Resort. Public shuttle bus to 
take you to Park City and The Canyons Ski Resort is less than 2 
blocks.
• Private 1 car garage 
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• A/C is available in one of the townhouses
• Note - One of the other townhouses has a king bed in the each of 
the master suites and a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a bunk bed in the 
dorm style room.  Rates vary slightly from property to property.

This Deer Valley townhouse is within a five-mile radius of three 
world class ski areas: Deer Valley, Park City and The Canyons. If 
you are looking for a variety of resorts to ski, the other major ski 
areas such as Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, and Sundance are 
less than an hour drive. 

Activities and Attractions

The property is equally desirable in the summer as the area offers a 
multitude of recreational activities including golfing (several 
gorgeous mountain courses), fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, 
boating and water sports (the Jordanell Reservoir), all of which are 
less than a 30 minute drive.
