Vacation Rental Description

Located on one of the best beaches in Lincoln City. this ocean front 
home sits by a low bank beach access.
Enjoy the easy beach access, miles of sandy beach, the tide 
pools and the of course spectacular view.
The spacious living, dining and kitchen area all have a wonderful 
view that is just as nice inside as it is outside on the deck. 
Enjoy the 6 person jazuzzi or just relax with a good book by the 
wood burning fireplace. 
This home is ideal for your next family gathering, retreat, business 
seminar or beach front get-a-way. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The kitchen is totally equipped for 10 people.  Has a dishwasher, 
washer and dryer, microwave, coffee maker.
Living room has a TV, DVD, VCR, wood fireplace, sleeper queen sofa, 
plenty of room for everyone.  
The master bedroom suite, features a queen bed, a loveseat sofa that 
makes into a twin bed, a TV and VCR. 
The other nice sized bedroom has a queen bed. with plenty of closets.
A full bath is also on this main floor with a tub / shower combo.
You do have to bring your own sheets and towels for your party.
The lower level is a large room that has 2 twin bed and 1 double 
fultons in a living room setting with coffee table and end tables, 
plus a TV and VCR and another fireplace.  
Also there is a small bedroom with a twin bed and a great ocean 
view.  The hot tub is accessed from this floor, just outside the 
door.
A full bath and the laundry room is also on this floor. 
A ping Pong table is also available for your enjoyment. 
Parking for 5 cars.    

Activities and Attractions

This home is located only a mile south of the Factory Stores, 
five miles south of the casino, with a casino bus going by the front 
door of this home every hour. 
Golfing at Salishan, just minutes away.  
Newport and the aquarium is 30 minutes south. 
Visit the many antique shops that Lincoln City has to offer.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer is May 1st to October 1st

$ 235.00  per night     
 
Winter is October 1st to May 1st
  
Winter Rate  $180.00 up to 6 people with 7th night free
             $200.00 7 to 10 people with 7th night free
 
Rate Notes: Does not include 9% room tax. 

Refundable $100.00 
damage/cleaning deposit when home is left clean and damage free 

Or $70.00 to clean the home.
