Living room has a TV, DVD, VCR, Internet, 2 wood fireplaces, sleeper
queen sofa, plenty of room for everyone.
The master bedroom suite, features a queen bed, a rocking chair, a TV
and VCR.
The other nice sized bedroom has a queen bed. with plenty of closets.
A full bath is also on this main floor with a tub / shower combo.
You do have to bring your own sheets and towels for your party.
The lower level is a large room that has 2 twin bed and 1 queen
sleeper in a living room setting with coffee table and end tables,
plus a TV and VCR and another fireplace.
Also there is a queen bedroom with a bay window and seat and a great
ocean view. Another twin bedroom with a 1/2 bath.
The hot tub is accessed from this floor, just outside the
door.
A full bath and the laundry room is also on this floor. 
Parking for 4 cars.

This home is located only a mile south of the Factory Stores,
five miles south of the casino, with a casino bus going by the front
door of this home every hour.
Golfing at Salishan, just minutes away.
Newport and the aquarium is 30 minutes south.
Visit the many antique shops that Lincoln City has to offer.

Summer is Memorial Weekend to October 1st and major Holidays
$ 280.00 per night
Winter is October 1st to Memorial weekend.
Winter Rate $230.00 per night.
Rate Notes: Does not include 10 1/2% room tax.
Refundable $100.00 damage deposit when home is left damage free
Cleaning Fee: If you want to clean the home there is no charge or
if you would rather not clean, the charge is 70.00.
