Ranch Condos on the 8th floor of the 3rd building.

view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This condo has a 24 hour
security-manned front gate, pool, private beach, elevators and the
fantastic Florida sunsets that cannot be put into words, but must be
experienced for oneself!

Just bring your toothbrush, this condo is equipped with everything
to make your vacation perfect. Sea Ranch has a 24 hour security-
manned front access gate, pool, elevators, private beach and custom
made sunsets daily!

Island, Disney, Universal Studios, Cypress Gardens, Buccaneer Bay
and many more) Boating, fishing, dolphin watching, shelling,
cruises, gambling boats, restaurants, shopping, movie theatre. Tour
downtown New Port Richey, Florida Aquarium, the Famous Greek Sponge
Docks, Mermaid Shows, and then of course there is the Tampa Bay
Bucs, Devil Rays, and Tampa Bay Lightning.

Jan  Apr.................$550 Weekly or $2000 per month*

$1000 per month with a minimum stay of 2 months is for May through December only.

February and March  MONTHLY ONLY  $2000.00
May Oct Nov Dec.................$500 Weekly or $1800 per month*
June July Aug Sept..............$450 Weekly or $1600 per month*
Cap on electricity of $60 for the monthly rentals
Deposit: $500 for the months of January, February, March and April
$200 for the months of May through December
Deposit is applied towards balance due. All monies are due by the day of check in.
Cancellations: Deposit minus $25 will be refunded with 30 days notice for the months of January, February, March, and April and 2 weeks notice for the months of May through December.
