Large two-story townhouse, sleeps 6, very clean, freshly painted,
new furnishings, new hardwood laminate floor in kitchen, living room and both bedrooms, cable TV/DVD, 2 bedrooms on second floor, master bedroom has cathedral ceilings and queen size bed, second bedroom has a daybed w/trundle (2-single beds), also a queen size air mattress and a single cot are supplied. Off street parking, washer and dryer, centrally located, 1-1/2 blocks to the beach. Plenty of living space. Great for families.
Please inquire about rentals with pets as extra fees will apply. The owners reserve the right to refuse rentals with pets.

Boardwalk has lots of rides for all ages, games, arcades, roof top miniature golf and entertainment. Fireworks every Wednesday night. There is a water park around the corner and lots of great restaurants and night life for the adults. Boating, jetskiing, crabbing and fishing are a few recreations to mention. Atlantic City is just 50 minutes away, bus services available.

Summer Rates for 2012 Season
June, July and August rate is $1,300/week
Winter Rental from October 2012 to April 2013 (please inquire)
Deposit of half the rental rate is due upon reserving the unit, and
the balance is due 30 days prior to rental date.
Security deposit is $500 and due 10 days prior to check-in (the key
will be mailed when security is received).
Saturday to Saturday weekly rental.
Check in at 2pm/Check out at 11am.
Please note that extra fees apply if permission is granted by owners to rent with a pet. Please inquire.
