Vacation Rental Description

Our newly remodeled beachfront ocean view condo No. 233 is located 
just 15 miles south of St. Augustine’s historic district in the 
Summerhouse Beach and Racquetball Club complex on A1A at the 
southern end of Crescent Beach. Come enjoy a tropical atmosphere 
with a manicured landscape surrounding the pool, and overlooking the 
Atlantic Ocean.  

Our condominium also offers a double treat – watch the ocean view 
sunrise from the master bedroom as well as the beautiful sunset view 
of the Intracoastal Waterway from the guest bedroom. So come enjoy a 
location that’s off the beaten track! 

The Summerhouse complex is directly on the ocean with no roads to 
cross. The beach is only 150 yards away! Our location is also ideal 
for surf fishing on the adjacent national seashore or fishing in the 
Intracoastal Waterway.  Enjoy shopping in the unique boutiques 
around the area, or browsing through one of the many museums, 
galleries and arts/craft stores St. Augustine has to offer. You can 
also go on river cruises, carriage rides, boat rentals, experience 
the many local golf courses and take short day trips to Disney, 
Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios, the Kennedy Space Center, just to 
name a few.

Off Season Rates - (May 1 to the Saturday before or on June 1).
The Saturday following the week containing August 15 to December 31, 
three night, weekly and monthly rentals available
