Condominums" located at 611 Poinsettia Ave., Unit #105. This  
wonderful beach retreat will be your host to comfort, relaxation &  
spectacular sunsets! 
This unit will sleep 2 to 6 people comfortably with 950 square feet 
1-Bedroom with King Size Bed 
1.5 Bathrooms 
2-Queen Size Sleeper Sofas in Living Room.  
Dining Room, Sun Room 
Fully equipped kitchen, cable TV,local phone service, linens,  
stero,2  
TV's with VCR/DVD players 
Washer/Dryer  available in building

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and  
decorated with a beachy flair. Only 2 streets from the beach and one  
block to the public pool, tennis courts, weight room and basketball  
court. Across the street is a public park with swing sets. 
 
        There is NO Pool at this condo complex.

Activities and Attractions

There truly is no better place to get the most out of your vacation  
than Clearwater Beach. Rent a bike. Go for a swim. The entertainment  
is endless...we have parasailing, jet ski rental, fishing, Charter  
boats,Pirate Ships Cruises, Dinner Boats and this is only the  
beginning. Busch Gardens is 1 hr. away and Disney World and Sea  
World  
is only 1 hr.and 45 mins away.

Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb ...$600 per week except holiday weeks 
March - April ....$600.00 per week 
Holiday weeks.....$600.00 per week 
Monthly rates $2000.00

12% tax not included 
$90.00 cleaning fee for 7 nights or less 
$125.00 cleaning fee for longer than 7 day stays
