sparkling waters of Santa Rosa Sound with the pristine sugary white
sand. Located in close proximity of Ft. Walton Beach, the Coastal
Convention Center and Destin restaurants and attractions. Property
features over 400 Feet of gulf frontage, 5,000 ft. gulf-side pool
(heated in off season), exercise room, covered parking and seasonal
beach service is available for rental. Unit 113 features luxury
interiors with fabulous upgrades such as granite counter tops, 9 ft.
and 10 ft. ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular
Gulf vistas. This ground-level unit has a fully furnished kitchen,
washer/dryer, cable TV, VCR, DVD player and more. And finally, we
have EASY access to the unit. No Stairs, No Elevators from the
covered parking area. This is great with seniors and families with
small children. Patio has ideal view of the pool, beach and ocean.
Vacation Rental Amenities
This unit looks right out to the pool and beach and it is only 40
steps to the gate entrance to the pool. Take an additional 20 steps
and you are on the boardwalk to the beach. It has a lovely heated
pool in the off season and a seperate section of the pool is
designed for the children. A lovely grill and picnic areas are
located on the gulf lawn. Built in bunks and the queen sofa
sleeper, give this unit a 6 person capacity, but a price lower than
a 2 bedroom unit. No need to bring or buy a lot of toys for the
kids. It comes complete with the mega sand castle building set,
board games & DVD's for small children, skim board for the older
children. I furnish beach chairs, and beach towels for your
visit. There is a built in hair dryer/night lite for your
personal use also. I try to make sure that you have an enjoyable
vacation and stay.
