come experience this wonderful waterfront 2-story home located
directly on crystal clear Lake Gaston, NC. Our private waterfront
home is conveniently located in a large cove three houses in from the
main lake area.
Sparky - is a spacious, four-bedroom, two- story home that includes a
master suite (with TV/VCR combo) on the first floor, a well-equipped
custom kitchen and dining area that look out over the beautiful
waters of Lake Gaston. The great room includes a wrap around couch
with 2 built in recliners, a fireplace along with a 52'inch
projection TV with cable television DVD/VCR/Stereo, a laundry room,
and one and one half baths.
The upper level of Sparky has three bedrooms (two with cable
television) and one large main bathroom. There are two covered
porches (one with a swing and the other porch has a picnic table)
that call to rest, relax, and to enjoy the view of the large
tranquil secluded lot! There's even a hammock available to relax the
days away and take those deserving mid summer afternoon naps.
The boathouse includes a covered boat lift, floating swimdeck and a
sandy area with picnic table for fun for the whole family! There's
even a dorm fridge in the boathouse to keep your refreshing cold
beverages on hand. The water depth is about five feet at the
boathouse.
Excellent rental for families. Sleeps up to ten.
Beds include three queens, two twins, and a full size pull-out
couch.
