elegant villa is located in Edgewater Beach Resort. This popular  
vacation spot is situated on 110 acres on the sparkling white sands  
of the Gulf of Mexico. The luxurious villa is across the street from  
the beach on a 9-hole golf course with a view of the ocean from the  
balcony. This unit has just been refurbished with new furnishings,  
fresh paint and new carpet in May of 2003. All the mattresses are new  
and top of the line.(hint: The left bed in the master is the  
ultimate!! enjoy a good nights sleep.)

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a beautiful 9-hole golf course on site and tennis courts  
with professional instructors if needed.There are  several pools  
including an 1100 Sq. Ft. Polynesian style lagoon pool with lush  
landscaping and seasonal poolside entertainment. There are poolside  
hotubs and a full service restaurant. On site there is a beauty  
salon, a full equipped gym, and a full service health spa offering  
massages and facials.

Activities and Attractions

Shuffleboard, jetskis and parasailing are available on site. Nearby  
are museums, shopping, theatres, restaurants and Putt-Putt golf. A  
grocery store is 2 minutes from the resort.
