rentals are cozy and 
comfortable. They feature a living room, kitchen, full bath with 
shower, and 1 to 3 
bedrooms. Some units have sofa sleepers. Enjoy the most exquisite 
summer sunsets, only 
150 feet from warm, sandy beaches or just sit back in your yard and 
relax after a day in 
the sun.

clean, affordable and 
comfortable beach house rentals for summer vacations or any other 
time that you feel like 
taking a break. We are located in St. Joseph, Michigan, well-known 
as the hub of activity 
for parades, fairs, festivals, horse drawn city tours, and outdoor 
concerts. Our houses are 
walking distance from fine restaurants, surf shops, night clubs, 
museums, and art 
galleries. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

All of our charming, fully furnished beach houses include bedding, 
including pillows, 
sheets, and bedspreads. Cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, pans, 
coffee pots, toaster, 
microwave, charcoal grill, cable TV, and VCR are there for your use. 
You will need all of 
your own washcloths and towels for bath and kitchen. You also need 
your own paper 
towels and paper plates if you use them. You may wish to bring beach 
chairs, toys, 
blankets, mosquito spray, sun screen, clock, games, books, first aid 
supplies, your favorite 
pan or cookbook - anything that will make your stay more 
comfortable.

for kayaking, outdoor concerts, bike riding, beach volleyball, 
Venetian Festival, parades, 
fairs, festivals, horse drawn city tours, and more.

Vacation Rental Rates

We have 7 units for rent ranging from $725 per week (high season) 
for a 1 bedroom that 
sleeps 4  up to a 3 bedroom that sleeps 7 for $1180.00 (high 
season). 
Rent Sunday to Sunday during High Season, 2 night minimum balance of 
year.

Rental Discounts
5% off for entire house rental or any rental for 2 consecutive weeks.
10% off on 3 or more consecutive weeks.
