Vacation Rental Description
Our "Ski" Condo is walking distance from Camelback Ski Area. Camelback's ski season typically begins
in early to mid-December and extends through late March. We're located a walking distance from the
slopes and you can boot-up inside where it's warm and ski down to purchase your lift tickets. When
you need a rest or some refreshments, instead of fighting the crowds through a busy lodge, ski back
to the condo to enjoy a hot chocolate by the fire and your own cooking instead of cafeteria fare.
And if the weather doesn't cooperate for skiing, stay indoors and enjoy the “spa experience” at the
Village Sports Center indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Play tennis indoors, or get fit in
our gym.
We're continuing to update each year with new carpet in bedrooms this year. We continually paint
and seasonally decorate our 3-story townhome, which has 3 fully furnished and equipped bedrooms, and
2 ½ baths—one on every floor so there’s no waiting! On a nice day, have a barbeque on our new
grill. Enjoy the mountain view from our deck. In the loft, a Queen size bed with a new, oh so
comfortable mattress will ensure a good night’s sleep. In each of the bedrooms downstairs, there is
a set of twin beds, so each room sleeps two easily for a maximum of 6. This is a "Non-Smoking"
Condo Unit. No pets please, no exceptions! A $200 refundable damage/security deposit is required
within 7 days of booking to hold the date. Final payment is due before check in, payable
by “Paypal” or Personal Check. Linens provided. You supply your own wood for the fireplace, paper
products and consumables. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this townhome.
Vacation Rental Amenities
For summer, we now have installed air conditioning on the main floor!! So you will stay cool inside
when the summer temperature rise! The condo features a full kitchen with all new appliances.
Microwave, toaster-oven, electric coffee-maker, crockpot and blender. 2 TV’s with cable and 2 VCRs
and 1 DVD player. New am/fm Stereo with CD player. Large fireplace (wood supply not guaranteed).
Linens included. Front and rear decks with beautiful mountain views. Brand new Gas Grill and
chairs on rear deck. Front deck includes storage/ski shed. Washer and dryer, ironing board and
hair dryer all provided. Also children’s toys, games and videos in unit. The Sports Center
features an indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi Hot Tub, and tennis courts, available to all
renters.
Activities and Attractions
Enjoy the large indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room and indoor and outdoor tennis courts
at The Village at Camelback Sport’s Center. (Pool hours based on lifeguard availability—pick up a
calendar at the Center). On the access road you’ll find great restaurants, a brew pub, convenience
store, sports outfitter and the famous “Crossings Outlets.” Top name entertainment, including
music, dancing and comedy is featured at many area venues; check the local paper for the latest
performances and bands in town. New to the Poconos is the Mt.Airy Lodge Casino, located only a few
miles from the Village, a short distance up Rt 611.

2008-2009 WINTER RATES*:
Weekend (non-holiday) 2 nights (Friday and Saturday): $1,000
Weekend (non-holiday) 3 nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday): $1,200
Weekly (non-holiday): $1,500 (4-7 nights)
Holiday Rates:
Holiday weekend (3 nights): $1,500 (MLK, President's Weekend)
Christmas or New Year's 3-7 nights: $1,700
*Rates do not include $200 refundable security deposit or gate pass
fee of $5.00 per gate pass.
For confirmed reservations, a completed and signed rental contract
and refundable security deposit are required.
