Walk to Camelbeach Water Park! in Tannersville

Walk to to Camelbeach Water Park Resort this summer.  Take exit 299 off I80 to reach our condo. Camelbeach is open May through September. Reserve early for holiday weekends, especially Memorial Day and July 4th weekends. In summer, the air condition condo is comfortable and the deck is private and scenic.  You can swim and relax in our own indoor pool/jacuzzi Sports Center when you are not splashing around at Camelbeach. Enjoy the spa experience at the Village Sports Center indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Play tennis indoors, or get fit in our gym.

Seasonally decorated, this 3-story townhome has 3 fully furnished and equipped bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths (one on every floor so there's no waiting!). Enjoy a barbeque on the deck with grill. Drink in the mountain air and views from our deck. In the loft, a queen size bed will ensure a good night's sleep. In the bedrooms downstairs, the master sleeps 2 in a queen-size bed, and in the bedroom next to it, there is a set of twin beds, so each room sleeps two easily to accommodate a maximum of 6. This is a "Non-Smoking" Condo Unit. No pets please. A refundable damage/security deposit is required.

Our condo is also available for skiing at Camelback Ski Area in winter.  Winter rates will be posted this fall or call or send us an email for winter rates.

The condo features a fireplace and a deck with grill, a table and seating.  There is a full kitchen with all new appliances. Microwave, toaster-oven, electric coffee-maker, crockpot and blender. 2 TV's with cable and 1 TV with VCR and 1 DVD player. AM/FM Stereo with CD player. Large fireplace (wood supply not guaranteed). Front and rear decks with beautiful mountain views. Gas Grill and chairs on rear deck. Front deck includes storage shed. Washer and dryer, ironing board and hair dryer all provided. Also children's and adult board games and videos in unit. The Sports Center features an indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi Hot Tub, and tennis courts, available to all renters.

Enjoy the large indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room and indoor and outdoor tennis courts at The Village at Camelback Sport's Center. (Pool hours based on lifeguard availability. Pick up a calendar at the Center). On the access road you'll find great restaurants, a brew pub, convenience store, sports outfitter and the famous Crossings Outlets. Top name entertainment, including music, dancing and comedy is featured at many area venues; check the local paper for the latest performances and bands in town. The Mt.Airy Lodge Casino, is located only a few miles from the Village, a short distance off Rt 611.

After May 20:

Weekend non-holiday: $495, 2 nights, $550, 3 nights

Weekend holiday: $850, 3 nights, $1,000, 4 nights

Week, non-holiday (7 nights): $900, holiday: $1,200

Monthly: $1500

Mid-Week: $200 per night

Please add $60 Cleaning Fee to the rental rate.

$200 damage/security deposit required; refunded after inspection of the unit upon checkout.
