Vacation Rental Description

Our brand new luxurious villa is perfectly located on a large corner 
plot, at the exclusive gated community of Solana Resort, just 10 
minutes from Walt Disney World. Many other world famous attractions 
and endless shopping/dining experiences, that Florida has to offer, 
are all close by. 
Three championship golf courses are within a five minute drive. 

Solana Retreat has been professionally decorated and upgraded to the 
highest specification throughout, resulting in a beautiful spacious 
four bedroom (2 Masters), three bathroom home, sleeping up to 10 
guests. All bedrooms have cable TV installed.

FREE Wireless, High Speed Internet Access is available at the villa, as well as FREE long distance 
International phone calls from the house phone !!.

The villa boasts a fantastic fully equipped games-room complete with 
full size pool table, air hockey and table football. Step outside the 
patio doors to discover a fantastic free form, heated swimming pool, 
set in a large extended sun deck, to compliment your dream vacation.

The villa is very spacious and perfectly complimented by a co-
ordinating colour scheme throughout. The accommodation offers four 
fully furnished double bedrooms to comfortably sleep eight guests. 
One of the sofas easily converts to a double bed and can provide 
additional accommodation for a further two guests. 

A cot/crib and linen has been provided to accommodate the younger 
traveller. There is full air-conditioning and ceiling fans have been 
fitted in the main living area, master bedrooms and games room to 
provide additional comfort and cool air. 

A security safe is installed, free for your use.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The large family room has been beautifully furnished and is laid with 
high quality floor tiling throughout. It includes a comfortable 
lounge area with sliding patio doors opening onto the extended pool 
deck, and a large ceiling fan for additional cool air. The separate 
dining area with extending dining suite provides ample seating for 
all guests. There is cable TV and a DVD player with an assortment of 
films for you to enjoy. We have also added a CD/Radio which will 
enable you to play your CDs from home.
A selection of books and sports autobiographies are free for you to 
browse. 
The breakfast nook is stylishly furnished and provides an ideal area 
for breakfast or a relaxing coffee.

The fully equipped kitchen has been designed for your convenience and 
is fitted with Cooker, Dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer with 
Icemaker, Microwave Oven and Waste Disposal Unit. A Kettle, Toaster, 
Coffee Maker and Blender, plus all crockery and cutlery, are 
provided. The separate Utility Area provides a large capacity Washing 
Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

The house phone, located in the kitchen, provides FREE long distance International phone calls, so 
no need to go to the shop to purchase your phone cards !!.

The First Master Bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king size bed, 
two nightstands, full size dresser with mirror and walk in closet. 
Patio doors lead onto the poolside lanai. There is cable TV and a 
ceiling fan has been fitted for your additional comfort. The 
luxurious bathroom includes a walk in shower area, a sink with vanity 
unit and illuminated mirror and a toilet. For your convenience there 
is a door leading out to the pool area. A full size hairdryer is 
provided. 

The Second Master Bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a "palm 
tree theme" with a king size bed, two nightstands, full chest of 
drawers, large built in closet and cable TV. An en-suite bathroom 
provides a bath, shower, sink with vanity unit and illuminated mirror 
and a toilet. A full size hairdryer is provided

The third double bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, a large 
built in closet and cable TV. It has been tastefully accessorised 
with a Disney theme, and the kids just love it!. It is situated 
adjacent to the Master Bedroom.

The fourth double bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, a large 
built in closet, and cable TV. This room has been beautifully 
decorated in turquoise making it suitable for both male and female 
guests. 
Both twin bedrooms share a family bathroom having bath, shower, sink 
with vanity unit, illuminated mirror and large storage cupboard. 
Step-up stools are provided for childrens use in the Family Bathroom.

Carpet is fitted in all bedroom areas and each closet has plenty of 
hanging space with both adult and child hangers provided. Radio alarm 
clocks are included in each bedroom. 

The beautiful private pool and extended sundeck, are the ideal place 
to relax and enjoy a few lazy hours. An outside dining table and 
chairs enables comfortable outside dining and the covered lanai 
provides a cool shaded area. The four cushioned sun loungers are 
ideal for soaking up some glorious Florida sunshine! A fine mesh 
screen allows the sun in but keeps the bugs out and the opaque nature 
of the lower section provides privacy and seclusion. The pool and sun 
deck have outside lighting for those warm holiday evenings.

Pool inflatables have been included for the enjoyment of our younger 
guests. 

We have provided high quality plastic glasses for use in the pool 
area as glass is not permitted. 

Heating of the pool is optional, there are only a few months of the 
year when this is required. Please enquire for price. 

The games room has been tastefully equipped with a full size pool 
table, air hockey, table football and a toy/games box. It is fully 
carpeted, complete with ceiling fan, sports wall hangings, mind 
bending visuals and table/stools creating an inviting, comfortable 
den area, and fun for all the family.

Baby equipment is supplied free of charge at the villa.
It includes  cot/crib/playpen, complete with 
bedding, high chair with easy-clean removable food tray, 
pushchair/strollers, activity toys, plastic crockery, 
cutlery and drinking beakers.
 
Our villa is fitted with a comprehensive security system which, in 
the case of an emergency, has a facility for you to automatically 
summon the assistance of the Police Department, Fire Service or an 
Ambulance.


Our villa has smoke detectors and emergency lighting throughout.


There is a safety fence fitted around the pool to prevent small 
children from running or falling into the water. If you decide that 
this is unnecessary for your party, it can be easily removed and 
stored in the garage.
A gated security entrance to Solana Resort is operational 24 hours a 
day.
Our local managing agents, conveniently based at Solana Resort, are available for any queries you 
may have and offer a 24 hour service in case of emergencies.

Smoking is ONLY permitted in the pool / patio area.

LOCATION
Just 10 minutes from Orlando's famous attractions, Solana Resort is 
just far enough away to feel like your own tropical hideaway. All the 
excitement of Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando and 
Busch Gardens are a short drive away - not to mention the great golf, 
shopping, dining and nightlife of the world's most magical city. 
Don't miss Orlando's exceptional name brand outlets or the fabulous 
Florida Mall with the most exclusive stores and restaurants in 
Central Florida. Outside the gated entrance, within a five minute 
drive, you can find a large, quality supermarket, restaurants, bars, 
fast food outlets (delivery available), 24hr pharmacy and fuel 
station for your convenience. You can even be at Florida's 
spectacular beaches in less than an hour for fun in the sun, a deep-
sea fishing excursion or to visit The Kennedy Space centre.

beautiful home at Solana Resort. 

Activities and Attractions

When holidaying at our villa, the choices are endless ... After a fun 
filled day at the theme parks, you can either opt to relax in the 
privacy of your exclusive villa and private heated pool or socialise 
at the fantastic Solana Resort Country Club House (5 minute walk), 
and take advantage of the many amenities and activities on offer. 
Enjoy a cocktail in the spacious social area or connect with friends 
back home while enjoying a snack at the cyber café.
Let the big kids spend some time in the games arcade while you lie 
out by the large sparkling swimming pool or relax with a soak in the 
spa.
There is an interactive splash area and activity play equipment for 
the little ones.
There is a putting green to help you shape up your game, or you can 
stay in shape in a state-of-the-art fitness room. 
Send the active ones out to the soccer field or the sand volley-ball 
court.
There is even a sundry shop in the reception area should you run 
short of sun block or need a drink/snack.

Vacation Rental Rates

Prices are based on a weekly cost of seven nights, any extra nights 
are charged on a pro-rata basis. The cost does not vary with the 
amount of people staying in the house (maximum of 10 if using the 
sofa bed).

A deposit of $300.00 (£150.00) per week is required at the time of 
booking to secure the dates of your choice, (non refundable).

The remaining balance is due eight weeks prior to departure date.

A security deposit of $300.00 (£150.00) is required with the balance 
payment and will be returned in full after your stay on a receipt of 
a satisfactory report from our property managers.
