 Relax at this fabulous marsh front home on Fripp Island Beach Resort. The resort is a Private gated community bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and located between Charleston and Hilton Head near Beaufort South Carolina. From the house you can walk across the road to the neigborhood pool and playground or take a short Golf Cart ride to the beach, crabbing /fishing dock and marina.   Or just sit and relax in privacy on the deck or screened porch and enjoy the serenity of the marsh views and sounds of nature. There is a wonderful marsh pier behind our house where you can crab and fish. This pier goes across the marsh and ends at Tarpon Blvd. next to the fire station, just a short walk to the beach club. There is another crabbing dock located on the other side of our Sawgrass neighborhood where you can fish and capture a great sunset. The house features three bedrooms, twin plus twin over double bunk bed in one, and queens in the other two. Large vaulted great room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.The house sits low to the ground so there are only a few steps up into the house. Easy walking/biking distance(10-15 minutes) over the marsh pier to the beach, or cart ride anywhere on the Island in minutes.
