Pet Friendly home and beach and beautiful Pool -You are invited
to be our guest at our beautiful custom built home. Our First Tier, Beach View home
(view of Gulf from 1st and 2nd floor decks) is just 40 steps from the sugar white sand. This 2600
square foot home boast 4+ bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large bright living
room, and dining room, den(kid's zone or 5th bedroom), fireplace and elevator.
Cape Cottage sleeps 10 is completely furnished to make you feel at home. There are two master
suites with king-size beds and private baths, one queen bedroom, and the fourth bedroom has two
twin beds. In addition, there is a 13� x 11� den with TV/DVD and queen size sleeper. Cape Cottage
has plenty of space for gathering and quiet spots for reading. You can relax in the first floor
screened-in deck or lounge in the sun on the second floor open deck and take advantage of wireless,
high speed (DSL), internet access(from the office alcove). And for those looking for a winter
escape there is a gas
fireplace in the living room.

The home sleeps 10 comfortably with two Master Suites with King beds, gulf views and luxury baths.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and gulf views, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds and the den
has a sleeper sofa and can easily be a 5th bedroom. There are 7 ceiling fans, one in every bedroom,
den, living room and office alcove. There is over 1500sq ft of deck spread over the first and
second floor with 360 sq ft screened in. The screen porch is set for casual dining and conversation
areas and the second floor deck is open with Adirondack chairs to take in the great views and
sunset. Cape Cottage has a gas fire place for winter guest and a three-stop elevator to aid in
moving groceries and luggage.
The kitchen is completely stocked with all the tools you need for your favorite feast and don't
forget the margaritas. For your entertainment we provide 4 TVs, DVD players, stereo and video
library. To stay connected we provide wireless, high speed (DSL) internet access. And for your
convince we have washer & dryer on main floor and three stop elevator. We also include beach
chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and boogie boards. The large pool is shared with 2 other homes.

Cape Cottage is located three miles from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. The park has 2516 acres
and was rated the #1 Beach in the United States by Dr. Beach in 2003. This slender Peninsula of
sugar-
white sand includes a 1700 acre wilderness preserve. Enjoy Hiking, boating, swimming, snorkeling,
shelling or just beachcombing. Also available on the Cape are horseback riding, boat and kayak
rentals,
bike and scooter rentals.
Port St. Joe offers shopping, charter fishing, dining, shopping, and golf. You can't miss historic
Appalachicola, for top notch shopping and dining as well as the National Estuarine Research
