private garden, surrounded by the vineyards and olive groves of the  
Silos Estate.  Located in the beautiful “south coast,” just 2 hours  
south of Sydney, Australia, this property is ideal for family  
holidays to explore the region, for couples simply wanting to get  
away from it all, or for those seeking a wonderful place for a longer  
stay in the picturesque coastal countryside.    
 
The Vines is adjacent to an award-winning French country restaurant,  
surrounded by native birds and animals, and backed by the dramatic  
escarpment.  There is outstanding natural beauty waiting for you  
to explore ─ pristine white or golden sand beaches, hiking trails,  
national parks, the Shoalhaven River, and more. You will be only  
minutes from the Pacific Ocean and historic towns of Berry, Kangaroo  
Valley, and Nowra.    
 
Features of this newly renovated property include gracious tall  
ceilings, polished hardwood floors, spacious living areas with  
fireplaces, and French doors leading to secluded garden spaces.  The  
garden courtyard is adjacent to a protected verandah and deck with  
outdoor dining table, a barbeque, and a hammock ─ all  
beneath a canopy of lovely trees.  We provide a sumptuous level of  
comfort and privacy in over two acres of landscaped grounds.

►Family or multi-person Villa (sleeps 3 + 3) 
·Two private bedrooms – one with a queen size bed and fireplace,the 
 other with a single bed and doors opening to the garden and deck –  
 plus comfy daybeds in the spacious living area, sleeping another 2 
 to 3 persons. 
·Light filled bathroom with spa bath and separate shower. 
·Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden. 
·Indoor and outdoor dining for eight.   
·Large living area with luxurious sofas and armchairs, fireplace, 
 entertainment center with TV, DVD, and sound system, and additional   
 space for computer,cards,games,or curling up quietly with a book.   
·Washing machine and dryer. 
·Fine bed linen and towels are provided as well as basic provisions 
 for your convenience.  
 
►Private Suite (sleeps 2) 
This airy, private suite offers gracious accommodation. Enjoy  
westerly views of vineyards and the bluffs from the private deck.   
·Comfortable queen size bed with adjacent bathroom.  
·Open living area with TV and sound system. 
·Mini kitchen and dining area.  
·Fine bed linen and towels are provided. 
 
► Combined Villa and Suite (sleeps 5 + 3) 
By opening a lockable connecting door, the villa and the suite can be  
combined to make the ideal gathering place for family or friends ─  
providing you with every comfort and amenity in this delightful  
location.  Eight people maximum.
