Come and enjoy all Naples has to offer and stay in our newly
remodeled property. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath has it all, just bring
your clothes. We are located less than 1 mile from Vanderbilt Beach
and Wiggins Pass State Park. We provide you with 2 beach chairs and
beach umbrella so you can thoroughly enjoy your stay. We keep a very
nice, clean property that is a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
You will enjoy a comfortable Queen bed in one room and two Twin beds
in the other for any company you may have. We have a wonderful lanai
to enjoy the great Florida weather and a patio area set up for your
grilling enjoyment. Naples Park is centrally located near everything
you may need for a wonderful vacation. The town of Naples is a
fantastic place to spend the Winter with so many activities and
local events available that they are too numerous to list!

We are experienced property owners and run other vacation properties
with Vacation Rentals and have return guests year after year, so
give us a call and make your next vacation a great one!

Our amenities include Central AC, cable TV, DVD, telephone,
washer/dryer, all linens, Gas BBQ grill, full kitchen with
dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal, carport with plenty of
paved parking available, fenced in backyard. Two beach
chairs and beach umbrella for outside activities.

Naples has much to offer and everything is located close by,
including a local park less than 1 mile from house with outside
racquet ball courts, basketball & tennis courts. Wiggins Pass State
Park beach as well as Vanderbilt beach less than 1 mile with all
beach activities available. Numerous restaurants, shopping and
movies close by as well as live theater (downtown on 5th Ave) and
Philharmonic only 3 miles South of us. Naples boasts many local
gatherings in the winter, including Art shows, Everglades seafood
festival, Taste of Collier, The Great Dock canoe race and so on.
For nature lovers, we have Corkscrew Sanctuary just East of us off
of Immokalee Road.

We offer an offshore fishing charter with your rental as well with a
discount for our renters, please inquire if interested.
