This spacious home offers beautiful landscaping, 5 1/2 feet of water at the end of the dock, 1 pool table,ping pong table, pet friendly,
screened porch, close to restaurants and shopping, golf near by.
4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 downstairs, two full
baths on upper level, a large living room with TV/VCR and portable
DVD, a large recreation room down stairs with TV, Pool/Ping-Pong
table and card table. Air conditioning. Ping-Pong table is located in
the garage. Located off of the living area is a large screened porch
for those cool mornings to look out over the lake.

We offer you all the comforts and conveniences of home away from home
Fully stocked Kitchen includes: dishes, pots and pans,
two griddles, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, icemaker and
plenty of counter and pantry space. A gas grill is available for
outside grilling. The dining room seats six or more people.
Additional table is located in the upstairs living room that seats
four people. Large guest room upstairs includes: 1-Full, 1 – Full,
and 1-Twin size bed. Downstairs include 2 guest rooms, one room with
1-twin and 1-twin/full bunk bed; and one with 2-twin beds.
Upstairs - Master bedroom w/bath - 1/queen, 1- bedroom with twin/full
bunk bed & 1-bunk bed; 1-room with 1/full bed; and 1 rollaway bed.

Lake Gaston's 350-mile shoreline skims the counties of
Halifax,Northampton and Warren in North Carolina and Brunswick and
Mecklenburg counties in Virginia. Lake Gaston is 34 miles in length
and 1.3 miles across at its widest point. Deckboats, boats and jet
ski rentals available. Swimming, water skiing, canoeing, kayaking,
fishing, hiking and shopping. For you Golf lovers there are several
Golf course located within minutes.

2009 Weekly Rates: Jan 1 - May 19 $1000, May 20 - June 23 $1200, June
24 - July 14 $1900, July 15 - Sept 1st $1500, Sept 2nd - Dec 2
$1200, Dec 3- Jan 1 $1000.
Home available for monthly winter rental.
