Vacation Rental Description

Relax in this beautiful two-story, single family home (2500 sf)  
located on the Ocean Front in South Mission Beach. 
 
Enjoy sensational views from the custom redwood deck of Surf &  
Sunsets, Mission Bay Channel, Ocean Beach Pier and volleyball  
courts on the sand without leaving your chair. This two-story  
home is fully equipped for comfortable living.  
 
The living areas are beautifully furnished. The upper level has a  
great room with a wall of windows opening onto a redwood deck with  
outdoor eating area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two  
full baths. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with adjoining  
master bath. The two additional bedrooms are furnished with a double  
bed and four twin-size (2 bunk) beds and share a full-sized bath. 
 
The ground floor level of the home has a large family room with full  
size pool table, fireplace and wet bar, opening onto an enclosed,  
palm tree-shaded brick patio. The patio opens directly onto the  
sand! There is a bathroom, shower and washer/dryer on this level as  
well.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The site accommodates five cars: two garage and three outdoor  
spaces. All linens, towels, kitchen appliances (dishwasher, double  
oven, cook top, microwave, toaster oven, coffeepot), 42" plasma TV  
with Cable (HBO included), DVD/VCR, wireless high speed internet,  
gas barbeque and 2 bicycles are included. Weekly housekeeping for  
stays longer than one week available for an added cost.

Activities and Attractions

Mission Beach has all the amenities of a small beach community with  
the added attractions of cosmopolitan San Diego only minutes away! 
 
You are steps away from all ocean and bay water sports including  
summer guarded beaches, both ocean and bay front. Enjoy body  
surfing, sailing, water skiing, kayaking, sail boarding, snorkeling,  
diving, deep sea fishing, beach volleyball and over the line.  
 
From Mission Beach it is a short drives to Sea World, San Diego Zoo,  
Legoland, choice Golf Courses, Old Town, La Jolla, Del Mar, Balboa  
Park, Gaslamp Quarter and more! The International Border crossing  
into Mexico is only 30 minutes away 
 
Or, relax on your deck enjoying the world class view and smell of  
the sea air.

Vacation Rental Rates

September - May 15th: $2,500 Per Week  
May 15 to June 15th: $3,500 Per Week       
June 15th to September:  $4,400 Per Week  
Holidays(Tks,Xmas,NY,Easter): $3,000 Per Week 
Daily:  $550/night (3 night minimum September to May)  
 
Currency type: US Dollars 
 
Rent period: per week May to September/3 night minimum during off season 
 
 
Additional 10.5% City Room Tax for stays less than 30 days. Subject  
to change by City Council vote. 
 
$500 Security Deposit ($1,000 for stays over 15 days). Payable 60  
days in advance. Payment less than 60 days in advance by bank check  
or money order only.
