Vacation Rental Description

            Whether you are visiting  Mexico for the first time or 
are seasoned adventure travelers, your first glimpse of the view 
from the deck of Villa Exotica will take your breath away.
     Sitting just above the surf you are looking down a crescent 
beach lined with coco palms and stretching to the horizon, 
undisturbed and secluded, where layers of mountains fall into the 
clean, blue sea. 
       Look to the left and you view the island of Boca Custodio and 
the entrance to the estuarine waterways of the Custodio Ecological 
Preserve that await your visit.
        Here thousands of resident and migratory birds line the 
waterways and extensive mangrove marshes and mudflats.
        To your right is the open ocean and the surf break, with a 
sandy bottom and the most consistent surf to be found in the Puerto 
Vallarta area. Beyond the surf, humpback whales can be seen with 
their newborn calves in season, dolphins play in the waters, manta 
rays soar and do belly-flops, and the local fishermen ply their 
trade, waiting for your competition for the area's abundant game 
fish.
        The wild spaces outside are a contrast to the comfortable 
service and accommodations that await you each time you return to 
the villa. The two bedrooms are separate units, affording privacy 
from the general living spaces. Your maid, Lucelena, will do your 
cooking and cleaning. Armando, your personal guide, will welcome you 
with a quick overview of both the cultural and natural history of 
the area, and be available to take your group on sightseeing 
excursions and fishing trips. Ismael, the on-site manager, will 
handle all your shopping needs and coordinate meals so that your 
time here can be spent adventuring, sightseeing, or merely relaxing 
on your deck or by the pool.
       Villa Exotica is one of just nine villas within a gated, 
walled community on a point known as Punta El Custodio. There is 
24hr security on site.
        Although the ocean and beach is but a few feet away, your 
accommodations are enhanced by the availability of one of the most 
beautiful pools imaginable, situated beneath the great fig tree, and 
with  views from Punta Mita to San Blas. A great place to catch the 
sun or exercise away some of the great food Luz Elena will be 
tempting you with.
        The community pool is HUGE with winding curves around 
natural rocks as a backdrop to tropical gardens. The pool features a 
shallow end for children, a deep end where you can dive, a built in 
bench so you sit in the water and visit, and a channel into a 
smaller pool where you can look down the beach to the south. 
        Villa Exotica is a luxury villa featuring a master bedroom 
on the second story in the canopy of the trees, with picture windows 
with built-in window seats overlooking the ocean, air conditioning, 
double Jacuzzi tub. The guest room is on the first floor for 
complete privacy and separation. In the large kitchen (great room) 
there is a tv/vcr with satellite, a sleeper sofa, and sit down 
dining for 6 people. On the deck overlooking the beach there is 
outside dining, and a large deck with lounges for sunning. This 
villa is sitting on a prime spot in the development, chosen by the 
developers for privacy and view.
