Colonial Country Club is a beautiful, new 780 acre gated community.
Conveniently located to I-75 (Exit 136. Located close to SW Florida
International Airport (10 minute drive),Gulf Beaches, and shopping
centers and outlet malls. This is a newly furnished condo with
window treatments, and all the comforts of home.
This spacious open condo has 2 bedroom, 2 bath, (with queen bedroom
sets in each room - flat screen TV in Master Suite) and is built
with vaulted ceilings, which is one of the benefits of a second
floor unit.
We've fully furnished our condo with tasteful, relaxing furniture
that will welcome all your guest with open arms for entertaining on
the lani or in the open aired kitchen,dining room, living room which
are all connected. I love to cook so we've fully stocked our kitchen
with all appliance and gadgets as well as a microwave, refrigerator
(water and ice dispenser, coffeemaker!) Bedrooms are beautifully
furnished with top-of-the-line furniture. All linens, towels, are
included. And, our condo has all the other modern applicances such
as washer/dryer, central a/c, and two parking spaces (one which is
covered). TV including DVD, ceiling fans throughout, large screened
lanai overlooking a lake with comfortable, rocking lani furniture.
Everything is new in this never lived in condo.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Fitness Center & Beautiful Clubhouse with Restaurant. 18 hole
Troon championship golf (discount rates for social members)and a
complete pro shop. There are also paths thru-out communities for
walking or biking, including a 2-1/2 mile path thru the on-site
nature preserve. 10 Tennis courts (8 are lighted) and several pools
are available for your pleasure. Golf (fees not included in the
rental amount, but you have preferencial treatment as a guest of the
club for a nominal fee), swimming, biking, walking, fitness/
exercise & dining. BBQ areas are also available throughout the

Activities and Attractions
Fort Myers beach, Captiva and Sanbibel Island are all 20 minutes
away. A new ferry ride is also available from Fort Myers Beach to
Key West in less than 3 hours!
Golf (located on a Troon Golf Course), tennis (lighted for evening
play), swimming (three community pools), biking and walking (private
paths available throughout the community), brand new, state of the
art gym and dining are available at the club house.

leave. Multiple month's rental is discounted! Additional charges
you should be aware of: seasonal rentals are subject to 9% Florida
tax (says the state). Country Club membership transfer fee, rental
application, security deposit, and cleaning fee are all additional
(but nominal). We rented here last year and loved it so much we
bought into the community! You'll love it too.
We ask that you not smoke or bring your pets. Colonial Country Club
is an award-winning Pulte development located on a Troon
Championship Golf Course.
