Vacation Rental Description

Located on 120th Street 1/2 block from Coastal Hwy in North O.C.- N 
on-water view.No smoking. No pets. Beautiful two bedroom, two bath  
bayside condo.6 person maximum.2 short blocks from the beach. 
Indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, tennis and racquetball courts, 2-car free parking 
wi-fi at indoor pool.  Short walk to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and bus stop.  
Fully equipped kitchen with dining peninsula,stacked washer/dryer,3 cable tvs and 2 vcrs/1dvd.   
King bed suite has adjacent bath with soaking tub and separate shower.   
Queen bed suite has double doors with private bath and shower.   
Queen sofabed in living room. Italian tile floor in living room,  
kitchen and large bath.  Outside deck with patio table and chairs.   
Terrace with 6 ft.privacy fence. You supply towels, linens,  
pillows ,paper products, detergents. There are pillows - king size  
pillows in king suite requires king size pillow cases.  Queen suite  
has standard pillows. Deep pocket sheets fits mattresses.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our Condo Complex has Great Amenities!  Beautifully Decorated.  
This is a respectable community with regulations that must be  
followed. Violation of any regulation will result in eviction. Condo  
is limited to 6 people maximum. Upper level unit- no lower floor.  
 
1. Indoor and outdoor pools.  Large indoor pool is open all  
Year. Huge outdoor pool opens Memorial Day and closes Labor Day with  
the exception of being opened on weekends through the end of  
September. 
2. Two championship tennis courts. 
3. Two racquetball courts. 
4. Two parking spaces. 
5. Two 19" tvs with cable (no HBO,Cinemax, etc) and 2 vcrs and 1  
dvd player and 1 13" t.v.. 
6. No Smoking Condo 
7. No Pets 
8. Two telephones - local calls only - no long distance. 
9. Sorry - no grilling -  you can grill at Northside Park on 125th St. 
 
1. Fully furnished living room with new comfortable queen sleep sofa. 
2. Full kitchen with full-size stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher,  
plus garbage disposal, microwave oven, stacked washer/dryer. 
3. Central air conditioning and heating. 
4. Italian-tiled living room, kitchen, hallway and large bath.   
Carpeted bedrooms. 
5. Ceiling fans with light in every room. 
6. Garden bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. 
7. Upper deck with patio table and chairs.  Lower terrace with 6 ft.  
privacy fence with locking gate. 
8. Sliding doors off of the living room and king bed suite to deck. 
9. Condo rules and regulations must be observed. 
10. New comfortable queen mattress in queen bedroom. 
11. New comfortable king mattress in king bedroom 
12. Wireless internet service in indoor pool area.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, Tennis, Raquetball, short distance to Northside Park (5  
blocks) with walking/biking trail.  Minature Golf courses near-by.   
Close to Delaware for tax free shopping and great restaurants.  
Seafood carry-out a half block from entrance of condo complex. Eat- 
in restaurants within walking distance.  Half block to pharmacy,  
grocery store and bus stop, video rental. 20 minutes to Rehoboth, DE  
outlet stores. 20 minutes to Ocean City outlet stores. 15 minute  
drive to the inlet and beginning of boardwalk. Buses run frequently  
for you convenience if you do not want to drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rates 2009 - Price includes 6% Maryland tax,4.5%  
Worcester County tax,$55 processing fee and $45 Peace of Mind  
Insurance instead of high security deposit -Rents Saturday to  
Saturday - Weeks only. Must be 25 yrs old or older to rent. No  
more than 6 people total in condo (including children).  
 
Weeks only during summer months.  3 night stay minimum off season.
