on-water view.No smoking. No pets. Beautiful two bedroom, two bath
bayside condo.   6 person maximum -famlies and adult couples onlys, no groups. Childen who are not potty trained must wear diapers to bed.  2 short blocks from the beach.Indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, tennis and racquetball courts, 2-car free parking. Close to McDonalds and Dunkin Donuts which has wi-fi.  Short walk to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and bus stop. Fully equipped kitchen with dining peninsula,stacked washer/dryer,3 cable tvs and 1 vcr that plays tapes and dvds in living room and and 1dvd player in King bedroom. King bed suite has adjacent bath with soaking tub and separate shower. Queen bed suite has double doors with private bath and shower. Queen sofabed in living room. Italian tile floor in living room, kitchen and large bath. Outside deck with patio table and chairs. Terrace with 6 ft.privacy fence. You must bring towels, linens, pillows ,paper products, detergents. Spare pillows are there. Must bring king and standard pillow cases. Deep pocket sheets fits mattresses.

This is a respectable community with regulations that must be
followed. Violation of any regulation will result in eviction. Condo
is limited to 6 people maximum. Upper level unit- no lower floor.
1. Indoor and outdoor pools. Large indoor pool is open all
Year. Huge outdoor pool opens Memorial Day and closes Labor Day with
the exception of being opened on weekends through the end of
September.
2. Two championship tennis courts.
3. Two racquetball courts.
4. Two parking spaces.
5. Two 19" tvs with cable (no HBO,Cinemax, etc) and 1vcr that plays tapes and dvds and one dvd player and 1 13" t.v..

Close to Delaware for tax free shopping and great restaurants.
Seafood/crab carry-out a half block from entrance of condo complex. Eat-
in restaurants within walking distance. Half block to pharmacy,
grocery store and bus stop, video rental at Food Lion. 20 minutes to Rehoboth, DE
outlet stores. 20 minutes to Ocean City outlet stores. 15 minute
drive to the inlet and beginning of boardwalk. Buses run frequently
for you convenience if you do not want to drive.

Weekly Rates 2010 - Price includes 6% Maryland tax,4.5%
Worcester County tax,$60 processing fee and $50 Peace of Mind
Insurance instead of high security deposit -Rents Saturday to
Saturday - Weeks only. Must be 25 yrs old or older to rent. No
more than 6 people total in condo (including children).
Weeks only during summer months. 3 night stay minimum off season.
