30 Acre Magnificent Private Estate home nestled up in the woods on the side of a mountain. Complete  
with  
Pool, Hot-Tub, Horses and large Game Room. Home is 6000 sq ft with three levels. Open and spacious  
floor  
plan. You can't see the home from the road. Hidden getaway! Extremely private. The Main floor is the  
Great  
room. Large and spacious with 60 ft  cathedral ceilings, skylights, wrap around french doors with  
wide open  
views of the woods. Two floor to ceiling wood burning fireplaces, real hard wood floors, 4 master  
suites each  
with its own private bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms. 5 queensize beds, 1 double bed, 2 pullout  
sofas, 1  
kingsize and twin size combo air mattress. Large Game room is located downstairs for kids to play  
and sleep in  
while the adults get some downtime upstairs. (You can't hear them downstairs) Home has beautiful  
views from  
the balcony. Located far away from the hussel and bussel. Enjoy nature at it's finest! Horses are on  
the  
property down in the pasture by the barn. X-box,billard table,air hockey,ping-pong,toddler toys,  
basketball  
hoop. Pool and Hot tub open May 20-Sept 31. Large screen T.V in great room and T.V in gameroom.  
Comcast cable, high speed  
internet,  
Free local calling. At night you can hear the coyotes howl and there is a large friendly owl  
that sits on  
the fence. In the morning enjoy coffee at the breakfast table and see the 2 doe and wild turkeys  
early in the  
morning feeding. Say hello to the cows and their calves next door. There is a small creek that runs  
through the  
property and see the beavers play.  This is a true vacation! Sleeps 20.
