Rental weeks run from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00PM and
check-out time is 11 AM. Pets of any kind are not allowed on
the premises.
High Season Rates (June 7-September 6):$1850/week
Some weekends available in early June: $800/weekend
Memorial Day & Labor Day (3 nights/4 day stay): $1200/weekend
Off-season Rates (Sept 7-June 6): $1200/week, $500/weekend
Thanksgiving Special: $1200
Christmas Special: $1200
New Year's Special - 8 person limit: $1200
All of the above rates include a $100 cleaning fee.
Any other stays during the off-season require a 2 night minimum at
$200/night. A cleaning fee of $100 will be added to your total price.
