Vacation Rental Description

Two can sleep in this space which is furnished with one full sized bed and one sofa bed. The  
condo has a full kitchen with pots, pans and table setting for four. Just three blocks from the  
Ocean and four blocks from Lincoln Road, this clean and comfortable condo is full of  
amenities to help make your stay a pleasant one. The condo is also one block  
from Flamingo Park, which has tennis courts, baseball fields, a kids' play area and a  
swimming pool.

Vacation Rental Amenities

While not bathing under the South Beach sunshine you may enjoy Cable TV, a VCR, Stereo  
and DVD player in the condo. You will also find towels, a blow dryer and vanity supplies in  
the bathroom along with extra blankets for your comfort. Local telephone calls are free of  
charge. Parking passes will be provided upon request for an additional $10.00 per day.

Activities and Attractions

There are countless activities to do on South Beach. Swimming, sunbathing, kayaking and  
sailing are just some among many. Stores are everywhere on Miami Beach making shopping  
in the area a full day activity. Cafes and Restaurants are abundant and nightlife in Miami  
and Miami Beach attract the rich and famous from around the globe.

Vacation Rental Rates

$125 nightly or $700 for the week. 
$200/night during the Winter Music Conference (March). 
$200/night during Memorial Weekend (May).
