Vacation Rental Description

Oceanblock Beauty! 
 
This is a spacious 1350 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanblock condo located  
in convenient mid-town Ocean City.....and steps to the beach . 
 
The end unit condo is located in a 4 story masonry building w/elevator and  
indoor pool.  Two and 1/2 assigned parking spaces with plenty of  
additional street parking, if needed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo has a queen master bedroom with private bath and entrance  
to balcony.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom  
has two twins.  There are 4 TV's in the condo unit with a DVD/VCR  
combo.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with a new refrigerator and  
stove.  There is also a full-size washer and dryer, and central air  
conditioning.  The private balcony extends from the Living room to  
the Master bedroom and faces south leaving you with gorgeous bay  
sunsets and a peek of the ocean.  There is also plenty of sun during  
the day should you wish to remain on the balcony during the day. 
 
The condo is fully carpeted with wood floors in the kitchen and entry  
hall.  Ceramic tile complete both bathrooms. 
 
Both bathrooms and kitchen have new fixtures and vanities as well for  
the bathrooms.  There is recessed lighting throughout the main areas  
and lamp lighting for the bedrooms.

Activities and Attractions

This condo is located in midtown, convenient to all restaurants,  
shops, the boardwalk, movies, amusement rides, miniature golf, go- 
carting, etc.  The beach is just a few buildings away, not having to  
cross any roads to get there. 
 
The beach is spacious and clean with beach chair and umbrella  
rentals, if needed.  There are also 2-3  
deli/supermarket/restaurant/sandwich shops within a one block walk  
for household needs and sandwiches for the beach!

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary depending on the time of year. Please contact me for  
specific availability.  Credit cards are accepted.  There is a $300  
refundable security deposit required.  9% state room tax is added to  
the room rates listed below. 
 
Please be advised that we do not rent to parties under the age of 25,  
unless accompanied by parents.  Any violation of this agreement is  
cause for immediate eviction, loss of rent and security deposit. 
 
Peak Season Rates - Saturday to Saturday 
June   $1,400-1,700/week  
July   $2,100/week  
August $1,800 - $2,100/week  
September $900/week 
 
Night/weekend rates are available during off-peak season (September -  
May). Nightly rates are $150/night.
