Amelia Landings is perfectly located in the center of Amelia Island
close to the Atlantic Ocean. You are halfway between the historic
seaport of Fernandina Beach to the north, and the rustic and
beautiful south end of Amelia, bordering Nassua Sound.
Visit quaint downtown Fernandina for romantic walks, fine dining, coffee, shopping, or
attend one of the many events. Take a hike or mountain bike
in the large wooded park surounding Fort Clinch, or head south for more
outdoor adventures such as horse back riding on the beach, swimming,
fishing, kayaking or hiking through the trails at secluded Talbot
Island. Of course, you could just stay put and enjoy the beach, or
stroll the several small shops and restaurants surrounding Amelia
Landings.

Winter Rates (October-March):
$105/night. Minimum 2 night stay. $650/week, or $1800/month.
Summer Rates (April-September):
$125/night, Minimum 2 night stay. $750/week, or $2250/month.
Special event rates may apply.
*Reservation requires a $200 deposit.
**Rates plus $75 cleaning fee and sales tax must be paid in full
2 weeks prior to arrival date.
***Cancellations within two weeks forfeit deposit.
