Seasonal rates: Jan-Mar $3800 mo, Nov,Dec,Apr $3200 mo. 
May-Oct $1800 mo.  
Tenant pays Electricity during summer months. 
Not available for less then 30 day periods.
*Rates may be discounted for terms of 4 months or longer. No 
smoking, no pets. One occupant must be 55 yrs. old.
