Interior:
When you step into the home you will be amazed with the views from the many bay window's.  The home is spacious, and offer's a variety of amenties that add a nice touch to the home.     

This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bath.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has both a full AND a twin bed (in semi-private quarters).   The cedar lined sauna is located between the master bedroom and the attached full bath with a stand up shower.  All linens are provided!

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, is fully stocked.  The dining room has room a nice size dining table and a bay window with beautiful views.  The livingroom has a sofa, loveseat, large plasma TV with a Bose surround system, a Playstation 3 with many games, Wifi and a DVD player.  The sunroom  has a 2 chairs for sitting and enjoying your morning coffee. 

Exterior:

You can spend a full day of fun out on the water either swimming off of the swimming platform, or if fishing is your passion be sure to bring your gear;  there is a row boat  to catch blue gills, bass or other pan fish, then grill your catch of the day on the large deck with gas grill.    Spend an evening down by the fire pit enjoying a campfire and  smores or slip into the 4-6 person hot tub and relax! 

The manicured lawn hosts an area where you can sit and watch the birds while enjoy the scenery or playing yard games.  Take a stroll along the water and enjoy the views, swim, or hop on the row boat or kayak and enjoy the water.   The swimming platform will be a bit hit with children!

 Northern Michigan is the host to many fun activities within minutes! Explore the local fruit stands and art galleries, tour the wineries, visit Fish Town in Leland, run up (or down) the Sleeping Bear Dunes, play your luck at the casino`s and enjoy their entertainment, golf, fishing charters, arts and craft shows, the Downtown Film Festival, the National Cherry Festival, volleyball on the beach, tennis, shopping the unique shops, outstanding dining options, a nice variety of night life, The Olde Town Playhouse, many spa`s for complete relaxation, catamaran cruise line for afternoon as well as champagne cruises, wave runner rentals, parasailing, hiking trails, snorkeling and scuba diving, and beaches! What about a  performance at the widely acclaimed Interlochen Center for the Arts?

Here`s the kicker....you may walk to most of these activities from your condo (exeptions being the casino`s, golfing, Sleeping Bear Dunes and Fishtown). If you`re not much of a walker (after all, it is your vacation), please inquire about bike rentals.

August 20th - September 10th  $2100.00/week, Weekends $750.00 2 nights

2012 Rates:

May 25 - June 15, $750 2 nights, $2,1000 week

June 16 - August 17, $2,700.00 week (Saturday - Saturday)

August 18 - September 7, $750.00 2 nights, $2,100.00 week

Boat Rentals:

Pontoons, jetski's, skiboats, sailboats, fishing boats, jet boats and trampolines are also available to rent.  Please contact our concierge for pricing and availability!
