Now that the setting is "set"...let's talk "extra's"!  This home comes with a row boat, kayak, swimming platform, 2 private docks, 4-6 person hot tub on a 20X30 deck, Wifi, plasma TV, cedar lined sauna, Bose surround sound stereo system, Playstation 3 with games, and a master suite jacuzzi.  A pontoon and fishing boat are also available (on site) to rent as well.  FUN!!!

Interior:
When you step into the home you will be amazed with the views from the many bay window's.  The home is spacious, and offer's a variety of amenties that add a nice touch to the home.     

This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath.  The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has both a full AND a twin bed (in semi-private quarters).   The cedar lined sauna is located between the master bedroom and the attached full bath with a stand up shower.  All linens are provided!

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipt with stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile and is fully stocked.  The dining room has room for 7 and a nice size dining table and a bay window with beautiful views.  The livingroom has 2 leather sofas's, loveseat, large plasma TV with a Bose surround system, a Playstation 3 with many games, Wifi and a DVD player.  The sunroom (with a fireplace) has 2 chairs for sitting and enjoying your morning coffee. 

Exterior:

You can spend a full day of fun out on the water either swimming off of the swimming platform, taking a tour of the lake in the kayak or the 14 ft. row boat located on the property.  You may rent the 25 HP pontoon that is onsite and explore the lake; or if fishing is your passion be sure to bring your gear;  there is a fishing boat with a 5 HP boat (available to rent)  to catch blue gills, bass or other pan fish, then grill your catch of the day on the large deck with gas grill.    Spend an evening down by the fire pit enjoying a campfire and  smores or slip into the 4-6 person hot tub and relax! 

The manicured lawn hosts an area where you can sit and watch the birds while enjoy the scenery or playing yard games.  Take a stroll down to the beach and enjoy the views, swim, or hop on the row boat or kayak and enjoy the water.   The swimming platform will be a bit hit with children!

Boat Rentals:
