seasonally)
and close proximity to beach access! You are just 2 1/2 blocks to
NEW beach front park and beach front restaurant/bar, Pompano
Joe's...this
is a quick walk or you may take your car, as there is ample parking.
When you stay at our condo, you also enjoy the benefit of one beach
set-up daily(in season)...this is 2 chairs and an umbrella just
waiting for you!!!

Favorite activities at the beach include opportunities to Para
Sail, Kayak, Jet Ski, Surf and Fish. Or, you may just choose to
splash in the emerald green waters, work on your tan or read a good
book!
Other fun things to do include Fishing Charters, Dolphin Excursions,
Sailing or simply watching the fishing boats come in and display
their catch. And, don't forget your clubs as there are numerous
championship golf courses beginning just one mile from Crystal
Village! Shopping abounds at Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin
Commons, Bass Pro Shop or Sandestin's Market Shops and Village at
Baytowne Wharf. Destin is home to many award winning restaurants and
whether you prefer fried fish or sushi, you have your options!

Deposit of $250.00 is due at time of booking; full payment is due
upon arrival. Deposit will be returned after departure &
inspection of unit. A $60 cleaning fee will be added to stays less
than 1 week and those 30 days or more. Must be 25 years or older to
rent. Rates subject to 11% tax. A maximum of 6 people is allowed. If
more persons are found staying in the unit, you will surrender your
deposit. (STRICTLY ENFORCED). The unit allows for 2 parking spaces.
No boat trailers, jet ski trailers or motorcycle trailers are
allowed.
No smoking and no pets. ANY violation of rules is subject to loss of
security deposit. Thanks for your cooperation!
