oceanside townhouse is located in a gated community with 24 hour
security where children can roam freely on bicycles.
Located at mile marker 100 in Key Largo - Diving Capital of the
World. Molasses Reef Marina with free boat ramp and trailer storage
is located right on the premises and gives you quick access to many
great dive sites and fishing grounds.
This townhouse had the kitchen remodeled recently with new cabinets
and stainless steel appliances. It has 3 floors with a full bathroom
on each and patios and balconies facing front and back. It
overlooks a saltwater lagoon that has a sandy beach. You can feed
parrotfish, snappers, and blowfish right from your backyard.
Your entire family can sleep comfortably in a spacious 3-level
townhouse with private bedrooms rather than stay in a cramped,
stuffy hotel room.
Room layout: Queen, Queen & twin bunkbeds, Queen, Queen futon

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV (3), DVD players (2), VCR,
Stereo, movies & music cd's, computer w/ internet access, Full
kitchen, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee
maker, all cookware & dinnerware provided, gas BBQ grill, all linens
& towels, washer & dryer. There are 2 pools (heated), children's
playground, fishing peninsula. No smoking, No pets.

Molasses Reef Marina on site (5 1/2' depth at low tide), free boat
ramp and trailer storage, fishing, swimming, snorkeling/diving,
sailing, boat & watersports rentals nearby including: Jet Skiing,
canoeing, kayaking, Parasailing, and windsurfing. Biking, Tennis
courts (2 lighted), shopping, sightseeing, and many restaurants
serving local seafood. Located just a few minutes away (2 miles)
from famous John Pennekamp State Park and 1/4 mile away (walking
distance) from Dolphin Plus Center where you can swim with dolphins.
Grocery store, pharmacy, video rental, banks, and restaurants all
within a mile.

From $1350 to $1500 per week..Rates include cleaning fees and tax.
Holidays and special weeks more (i.e., X-mas, July 4th, Mini Lobster)
Rented monthly: Jan-March..from $2850/month
Sept-Nov...from $2650/month
$500 security deposit required to confirm; serves as damage deposit
and is refundable upon inspection after departure.
Signed rental agreement required.
Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment required in full 30 days prior to occupancy and can be in
the form of check, money order, or credit card.
50% refund of deposit if cancelled with 30 days notice.
